This is my fourth time in Lijiang. I am really disgusted by this inn. I have a habit of reading bad reviews before booking. In the end, I found that every one of the previous reviews is true. If it were not for the first problem below, I would have tolerated the others. But it was the first problem that I found that it was not an occasional service problem, but a character problem. 1. For three nights of airport pick-up or drop-off, I was repeatedly told that I did not need to pick up the airport before arriving in Lijiang on the 2nd, and I needed to drop off the airport on the 5th. And in the afternoon of the 4th, I made an appoin**ent one day in advance for airport drop-off the next morning according to the prompt. I was told that it would be arranged in the evening and that the flight information would be sent to the docking service staff by WeChat. The flight was at 10:10 am on the 5th. It takes 40 minutes from the ancient city to the airport. Considering the distance from the inn to the roadside, we asked to leave at 7:30, but were asked why we went so early? As a result, we were told that we could leave at 8 o'clock. Then we waited at the front desk at 7:50 am on the 5th. At 8 o'clock, there was no service staff, and no WeChat reply. When I called, I found that they were still sleeping soundly, and then told us that we had to pull the suitcase out to the roadside by ourselves. At 8:10, the driver called and said he had just received a notice from the store, so we had to wait for him for another 15 minutes... What a joke, we immediately got on a taxi on the roadside, and we didn't even have time to eat breakfast when we arrived at the airport. The children boarded the plane with an empty stomach, and the store didn't even say a word of apology. Maybe they usually rely on this kind of trick to get customers to take a taxi on their own initiative. To be honest, it's only 100 yuan for a taxi fare, and it's really not a big deal for your taxi fare, but you delayed us for a long time, and the children's breakfast time was delayed by you. Just for this reason, the following things will not be so easy to pass, especially the second one. 2. The "Snow Mountain View" duplex room was booked. In addition to climbing up the tiled roof to see the back, three normal angle photos were posted for you. Where is the snow mountain in room 212? Since I can't see the snow mountain, why should I choose this room type? And how is the layout and soft furnishings of this room type consistent with what is shown on my order page, except that there are two beds? 3. The three-night stay includes afternoon tea, and the welcome fruit of the platinum benefits, but I didn't even see the fruit peel. Of course, it was mentioned in the previous negative review, and the reply was "take the initiative to ask for it". I understand that I didn't ask for afternoon tea, so I won't mention it, but what about the welcome fruit? I have to take the initiative to let you welcome me before I welcome you? 4. The benefits of the three-night stay also include souvenirs. The previous negative reviews said that it was useless, and the reply was the same, because the guest did not take the initiative to collect it when leaving the hotel. Then I want to ask if the staff was still dreaming when I left the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning, who should I ask? Even the airport drop-off service is nonsense, not to mention the 10 or 20 yuan tea. 5. A duplex room with two adults and one child, only three bottles of water a day? ! The guest next door asked for water and was told that the extra ones would have to pay extra. Okay, then we will go to the supermarket to buy it ourselves. Then why didn't you put three new bottles of water when cleaning the next day? The cleaning staff must be blamed again. 5. Let's talk about the hygiene and room hardware issues. The windows were covered with bird droppings, the daily cleaning was just emptying the trash can, the bath towels hadn't been changed for four days and three nights, the disposable toothbrushes were shedding hair (can you imagine?), neither of the two TVs could be turned on, the water in the bedside humidifier had turned yellow, there was no sound insulation, and the bedside wall lamp was broken.

The location is very good, quiet in a busy city. When you go out, you can find Apoqing on the left and Yunxueli on the right. You can eat at each one. It is close to Mufu and convenient to enter and exit the ancient city from Zhongyi Market. The duplex room is suitable for a family with two children. The two children do not disturb each other and have a good rest. The hotel yard is beautiful, the boss is very nice, he helped us drag our luggage in and out, and also arranged a pick-up at the airport. The service is very enthusiastic.

The inn where we stayed for 3 consecutive nights is about 5-6 minutes' walk from the ancient city. The young man was quite considerate. When we checked out, we didn't have a car, so he carried our two suitcases to the city. The room facilities were a bit old, and the toilet was a bit clogged. After all, it was an ancient city, so we had disposable towels, and tea as a souvenir.

The location of the B&B is very good. We booked for two nights. When we arrived at the intersection, the owner pulled a cart to pick up our luggage. He also treated us to Pu'er tea. It was our first time in Lijiang and we didn't know how to have fun. The attractions recommended by the owner were beautiful and cost-effective. The room was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable to bask in the sun in the quaint courtyard.

The room is on the first floor. It's very convenient. No need to move boxes. The hygiene is OK. The environment is very quiet. I slept very well. I recommend staying here! The owner's service is also very good. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city. The owner is also responsible for picking up and dropping off luggage. The homestay is very beautiful
