下午入住的酒店，進入房間乾淨整潔，給人帶來一種温暖的感覺，訂的是榻榻米，房間空間很大，智能控制傢俱，很省心，，附近有購物廣場，吃飯也很方便。

他們家的樓頂花園非常漂亮，我們就曬個暖暖的麗江太陽，喝個安逸的下午茶，看看玉龍雪山。晚上週邊熱鬧非凡，哈哈，吃喝玩樂全了。服務周到，入住還給倒茶喝，幫按個電梯啥的，有住星級酒店的感覺，房間也乾淨，安靜的，推薦！推薦！

環境不錯，工作人員也很盡職盡責 挺推薦的，不過自己忘了預約下午茶和歡迎水果，建議工作人員可以提醒住客，下次再去體驗。

設施：如果不能做全智能就別做了好嗎？一個感應燈，晚上睡覺動的聲音稍微大點就得亮，這樣設計真的好嗎？感應是為了方便，可你們是為了什麼呀？房間電視也用不了，換了房間電視還是有問題🤨，第一個房間空調有問題，不能理解的是不知道提前檢查設備設施嗎？第二個房間的插座完全不能理解，設計在頭頂，充電在頭頂，開關空調在頭頂，你們不怕出安全隱患嗎？
衞生：一進房間，就看到房間的床單是臟的，很多處都是臟的那種，找前台，前台和我説就他一個人上班，沒辦法更換，OK我自己買一次性的OK吧！但是啊，這麼臟你們真的不怕客人睡了過敏什麼的麼，就不能給送個床單來，我自己搞也好啊，沒必要直接和我説沒人，明天換之類的吧，衞生真的很差，過了沒多久我説空調不能制熱，這會就不是衹有一個人了，就有人來看空調了，這…不是説的衹有一個人值班嗎？
環境：房間還是挺大的，換的第二個房間明顯大很多，不管是床還是面積，問了工作人員是升級的嗎？服務員説不是，這房間與房間之間的區別也太大了吧，不能理解。
服務：嗯…我對象説前台服務很好，叫做什麼就做什麼，説前台小妹妹很聽話，對於我個人而言來説，不知應該怎麼評價，下午七點叫開的發票我到現在都沒收到，可能春節忙吧
