首先聲明我從來沒給過差評，來雲南旅遊這麼多天是住的最差的一家沒有之一，本來是看到2023年新開業的店，評論也沒有一條差評就定了，剛到看到酒店外觀還不錯就沒想那麼多，沒想到進來以後房間的設施老化嚴重，先給的一個房間，淋浴的水龍頭都是壞的，洗臉盆都是碎的，插座都從牆面脱落了，同行人的另外一個房間牆面都起皮了，此時我們已經很不爽了，但是畢竟入住的時候已經很晚了同行人多行李也多，就沒想換一家酒店了，語氣很好的和前台溝通換個房間，然後前台説四樓已經沒有房間了（意思就是不能換），同行夥伴很生氣與其溝通讓前台上來看看浴室能不能用，於是前台説看一看三樓有沒有就掛了電話，然後過了一會才上來拿了一張四樓另外一間的房卡讓我們換了房間，不出意外還是很差的房間，但是好歹浴室能洗澡了就算了，至此我以為事情就這樣結束了，但是睡到大半夜凌晨兩點四十分，有非常大的酒店疏散警報聲伴隨着巨大的類似防空警報聲（應該是火災警報），就問誰大半夜睡夢裡聽到這個聲音不被嚇醒，草草穿了衣服，褲子都沒來得及穿，喊了同行人，穿個褲衩子就下樓了，下樓以後發現整個酒店的人都醒了到樓下等着在，問前台什麼情況也説不清楚，實際也沒有火災情況，就説是火災警報關不掉了，就這樣響了20分鐘到三點鐘才結束，這麼晚也很冷，但凡能給大家倒杯熱水誠摯道個歉就算了，同行人因此受涼還腹瀉了3次，所以來到麗江住這家酒店真的失望至極，絕對不會再來了，花錢給各位提個醒，別來。對了早餐也不怎麼樣，但是早餐廳的叔叔阿姨態度非常好，是來這家酒店感受到的唯一一點温暖，所以唯一的一顆星是給他們的。不匿名了，説的要有半句假話酒店有本事來跟我battle，奉陪！
