Stay for 2 nights, arrived late evening serve us welcome drink, hotel design very warm and simple but unique, room spacious with bath tub. Breakfast are great, we stay for 2 days so get to tried their afternoon tea and lunch at separate days, lunch is in western style which delicious, definitely will consider this hotel again.

環境：大廳、大堂、地下停車場入口、走廊到房間都是慵懶的法式簡約設計，一走進酒店鬆弛感就撲面而來。酒店房間的設施都非常棒，洗浴用品是ETRO的，淋浴器是漢斯格雅的，吹風機是戴森全套。兩個傍晚的小點心分別是玉米糊和小蛋糕，貼心又温暖人心。迷你吧是包含在房費內的，真心舒服。話不多説，照片為證。

如果下次來樂山，住這裡是很重要的理由之一。
在停車場大家在説這個名字和法國的Albar一個名字。問了才知道，就是一個集團的。國內衹有樂山、成都、貴陽三個地方有。
裝修和服務都非常法式，早餐特別好！早餐的蹺腳牛肉比外面的好吃。早餐的烘焙也特別好。

非常滿意這次入住的安珀酒店，濃濃的法式風格算得上樂山酒店裡的NO.1了，無論服務還是行政禮遇都很棒，而且看我們有小孩還為我們免費升級了房型，也貼心的給了小童用品。以後到樂山就選安珀了。酒店的門面很隱蔽，要細看才知道，私密性特強。

整體來説，作為一個度假酒店是合格了，酒店大堂有設計感，房間乾淨，夜床服務也貼心的放了水和杯子，乳液，管家幫忙接送高鐵站，拿外賣都非常有耐心，還會把我們去峨眉山的行程和該如何買門票都寫的很詳細，非常感謝服務過的每一位管家，衹是如果再加強一點自主服務意識會更好
1，文案請按每個自己服務的客人來寫，四月底和客人説新年快樂
2，我當時説有點感冒，酒店不配備葯給客人是很合理的，但可以多問一句有什麼能幫到客人會更好，但我提議了煮薑茶後，管家也很貼心的送了兩杯上房間
酒店設施方面
1，隔音非常差，恰巧碰到喜歡在樓道里大聲説話抽煙的客人，卻沒有服務人員上來制止
2，空調温度一直不穩定，白天的時候温度不製冷

應該是樂山最好的酒店了。本來住在另外一家景區裏的酒店，也是攜程五鑽但衞生實在堪憂，所以就換到這家酒店。酒店的設計裝潢很有風格，服務態度特別好，還有專門管家，有什麼問題可以給管家直接發微信，外賣也能幫你拿上來，真的是太周到了。房間裏喝茶很愜意，晚上還送了小蛋糕，很好吃。酒店早餐也不錯，推薦！下次來樂山還住這裏！

一家人對美食的熱愛，所以選擇樂山安珀。春節假日期間繁忙的早餐廳生機勃勃，管理崗位的孫毅先生很細心周到的詢問了小朋友的口味，並及時給我們推薦菜品和服務，表示感謝。
