The room was clean beds comfortable only problem is hallway stunk. Room didn’t stink. Tv was great bathtub was fine no leaking. Really no problem

Had family emergency, asked for 45 minute later check-out. It was denied outright. Sadly, that is the impression with which I left this ESA; other than that major inconvenience, had a good stay.

It was beautiful clean but no heat the furnace did not work I was freezing all night I checked out at 3:00 a.m.

We checked into Extended Stay, and checked out one hour later. The room particularly the fridge was not clean. The room was in need of a few repairs.
As a family with a young child we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here unfortunately.

The only seat was torn and very worn. There was mold on the furnishings. Tub was chipped in several places. The window screen was pushed out. Floor/wall molding was torn off the wall. Refrigerator door was filthy. Walls were filthy. Entire floor was sticky to walk on. Pet kennels are better maintained. I have pics if anyone is interested but I doubt it. Showed to staff who seemed pretty disinterested

Room was outdated and nothing like the pictures. Under the beds was very dirty and even had trash under it. Gum stuck to bathroom wall, front desk was unhelpful and breakfast was very limited.

hotel rooms need pots pans utencils ! my room had nothing ! people were lounging in stairways and sketchy folks walking around property as single woman felt unsafe.
