Solid value hotel experience. Modest but decent restaurant, including breakfast buffet. Room on the small size but clean. Could use better lighting. WiFi worked well. Convenient location off major Ruta 7 highway but a bit tricky to find entrance.

El hotel está en pésimo estado, no parece un ibis. El hall de entrada es en lo que se encuentra en mejor estado, una vez que pasas a los pasillos de las habitaciones ya se nota lo viejo y deteriorado que está el hotel. Primero nos dieron una habitación en planta baja, habitación 113, habitación súper chiquita con todas las paredes en salpicre de los años 80, el baño en pésimo estado, un baño de una estación de servicio de ruta esta en mejor estado. Una cortina que no llega al piso y se inunda todo y la ducha que sale del techo con la manguera de la ducha por el medio que impide bañarte cómodo. Al pedir cambio de habitación nos pasan a la 314 la habitación era igual, el baño lo único que cambiaba es que tenía mampara, tenía olor a cañería todo el tiempo, la bacha del baño tenía directamente un hueco enorme por el cual se te podía caer cualquier cosa por ahí. La experiencia fue tan mala que voy a pensar 3 veces antes de volver a quedarme un ibis.

Péssimo hotel, o pior que fiquei em toda a minha vida. Sou cliente da rede de Hoteis Accor e sempre gostei, mas esse hotel em Mendoza é péssimo, banheiro em condições precárias, prédio velho, problemas com falta de energia em 2 noites (só faltou no hotel, os prédios em volta com luz). No dia que cheguei cedo, pedi para antecipar o check-in (sei que isso é uma liberalidade do hotel antecipar ou não), me disseram que não fariam porque não tinham quartos disponíveis, porém ao informar que iria pagar aí tinham quartos disponíveis, o problema não é antecipar ou não o check-in, mas a mentira. Um dia acordei pela manhã o meu chuveiro não caía água, avisei a recepção, ao chegar a noite o problema persistia e falaram que não tinha outro quarto, porém ao descer na recepção horas depois existiam pessoas fazendo check-in, o funcionário da recepção, simplesmente falou que não poderia fazer nada,, depois de reclamar muito um único funcionário se solidarizou com a gente e foi "ajeitar" o chuveiro, deu para tomar banho, mas de forma precária. Mandei um email para a Accor e até agora não me respondeu. Simplesmente Péssimo. Tenho fotos e vídeos desta precariedade.

Teníamos una sola noche reserva ya que estábamos de paso. Llegamos 21:30 al hotel, queríamos pedir algo para cenar y nos indicaron que no era posible porque la “cocina había cerrado” Estaban sirviendo a un plantel de fútbol que se encontraba alojado. No tenían ni servicio a la habitación para ofrecernos. Para que habilitan reservas más allá de su capacidad de atención? La habitación estaba bien, pero el colchón es muy incomodo. No lo recomendaría, relación precio calidad hay mejores alternativas en Mendoza.

Fiquei decepcionada com este hotel..já ficamos em vários hotéis desta rede e nenhum foi tão ruim quanto este..ar condicionado não funciona, chuveiro horrível, cama horrível, problemas no encanamento... não vale a pena ficar neste hotel.
