I booked this hotel because I had a train the next morning. It's right across Lanzhou train station, so perfect location for my purposes. Very nice room, everything was perfect.

This hostel is a great place for solo travelers. The location is perfect to see around the city and some major spots. The property is quite clean and tidy. You have to make your bed by yourself but it doesn’t matter to me. You can also ask cleaning staff to make bed and it costs 5yuan. I really liked the staff team. They are kind and caring. They also offer opportunities to make friends with other travelers.

This hotel is located next to Xiguan metro station, is right next to Zhangye Road Shopping Street and is a short walk from Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River. The rooms are a decent size and clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough, but it did take a while to check in as a foreigner. We asked about washing our clothes here but it seems like they don’t provide any detergent to wash the clothes, and the washing machine is not in a convenient place to use for guests. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in the heart of the city.

The reason why I have always chosen Jinjiang Sunshine, the mattress and pillows are particularly comfortable, and it is the best sleep in the hotel I have ever stayed in. Hygienic: There are sanitary corners, dirty carpets and cracks in floor tiles (maybe the reason why the hotel has been used for too long). Facilities: really bad. I stayed for two nights in total, and I started to book a standard room (close to the road noisy). After I arrived at the room, I contacted the staff to change the room. I was told that the standard room was close to the road and changed the room (tell me that the car may not be so noisy at night). The result is that I am too naive, not exaggerated to say that I feel like I sleep on the road, I don't fall asleep all night, and the whole person has to explode in an emotional state at any time. The next day, I decided to add a quilt to change to a big bed room (on a business trip with colleagues). The first time I changed the house, it was also very noisy (the sound of the restaurant equipment, saying that it would be better after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night), I couldn't help but want to change the hotel. The customer service staff contacted the front desk staff to suggest changing rooms in other areas. The room will be better; when we communicated at the front desk, the front office supervisor gave us a free upgrade to the room type. The service attitude was quite warm, but the air conditioning sound (automatic mode) in the last room was very large, and the air conditioning quilt was turned off. I slept for one night (relative to the previous room noise can be ignored). Others: There was a beautiful afternoon tea on the first day of the stay, which was a bit difficult to say. I remember that there was fruit (deducted points) when I booked the room, and I don’t know if I received it (see picture). Anyway, it wasn't very pleasant.

8.31 Check-in at around 9 pm, the receptionist is a short-haired lady. I went down for breakfast the next morning. I clearly remember that the receptionist told me last night that ”the room is on the 17th floor, breakfast is on the 15th floor”. We stupidly turned around on the 15th floor and there was no restaurant at all. So I wanted to take the elevator downstairs to ask, It turned out that the elevator door wrote the restaurant floor (it seems to be 10 or 11 floors in the impression). When we arrived at the restaurant, our card could not be swiped. The restaurant said that our room did not include meals. Helpless or go downstairs to the front desk! Ask the front desk: The room we booked is inclusive of meals, why can't we swipe the card? After the front desk verified, we changed the card and didn't say an apology! After this toss, it was almost 8:50 when I returned to the restaurant again, and many meals were gone. After a while, the restaurant waiter (seeing that the clothes should be the restaurant foreman or leader) began to receive the meal, and did not remind the guests whether they still needed to add food! The service at the front desk and restaurant is really speechless! Carefully selected a hotel for a long time, the service turned out to be like this, will never come again for the second time!
