Old hotel , room was not clean, toilet was broken

Crowne Plaza is a big name, but why hasn't it improved? The room hygiene details are not in place, and the facilities are in poor condition. For example, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the scale is just for decoration without electricity. There is no place to put the hand towels and face towels. Do they have to be piled on the countertop? The toilet is not smart, but can there be a place to put the phone? Can the service be more careful? Is the efficiency good? Arrived very late at night. The hotel's location and facilities are OK. There is a beef noodle restaurant opposite. The service is just average. There is no receptionist at the hotel entrance and no one in the lobby. I thought I had gone to the wrong place at first. It is a little worse than the Crowne Plaza I stayed at before.

Arrived in the early morning, the hotel is by the river, the scenery is just like that. The room is not soundproof, and you can hear people talking outside clearly. The heating in Lanzhou in winter is too high, it is very hot, even wearing a short-sleeved shirt is very hot. I stayed in Hilton and Hyatt for three days, and only the Crowne Plaza can open the window for ventilation.

The room is very good, luxurious and elegant, very impressive. The service downstairs is also very good, and lollipops were given to the children. The Yellow River and the bridge are downstairs, very beautiful.
