這家酒店環境真的不錯。訂房子的時候沒發現窗户在過道旁邊，跟前台説讓調一個有采光的房間。也給調了。酒店還給準備了伴手禮。裏面有手膜。和小朋友的玩具。房間特別大。衞生也很好。

房間設備特別好，衞生很乾凈，環境不錯，交通方便，地鐵口，早餐也是中西結合，很美味，旁邊有好吃的牛肉麪，烤肉店，吃飯很方便，最近每天還有水果茶供應，非常貼心的服務。

五一來蘭州玩預訂了這家酒店🏨，酒店的位置很好，交通很便利，我下高鐵🚅直接坐地鐵🚇可以到酒店門口（●v●），嘻嘻嘻太棒了，酒店的裝修風格也很高級，服務人員素質很高，非常有禮貌，而且酒店還有他們自已做的水果茶，我朋友來得早，還喝到了酒店自製的甜胚子奶茶🧋，前台的小姐姐很友好非常有禮貌在辦理入住的期間一直（๑＞◡＜๑）🥰微笑，還給我們贈送了入住伴手禮，裏面有手膜還有祝福語，天哪，真的好感動啊啊啊，祝福語都是他們自己寫的，還祝福我們節日快樂🙂心裏好暖，如果下次來蘭州一定還要來，就沖他們這個服務👆🏻真的特別特別特別特別好！

酒店位置很好，臨近地鐵站，出行方便。環境衞生很不錯，服務尤其好，有小童拖鞋和牙刷，地下免費停車。
我住的房間，空調壞了，不出冷風，半夜才開空調，發現不出冷風也不好意思叫服務員，就這麼房間內26度睡了一晚，根本沒有休息好。
第二天沖涼，調節水温開關，一碰就掉了，自己再按上去，也不知道水温是冷還是熱，就摸索着洗了個澡。另外，護髮素沒有及時補充，空瓶，頭髮就將就着洗完了。
真的是一言難盡啊！建議工作人員查一下我住的這個房間，一個酒店方方面面，不能衹盯着前台服務態度，工程和保潔做事紕漏百出。

過年不想平躺，臨時起意來蘭州轉了一圈，一路看了好多家酒店最後選擇了桔子水晶國貿店，前台服務很好幫忙拿行李入住辦理很快，免費升級了房型，房間乾淨簡約風户型也很大，環境安靜機器人送到服務沒有人打擾，二樓早餐，下次來蘭州還住這裏，感謝酒店服務人員熱情接待，作為同為服務行業的同行祝願酒店生意興隆👍👍👍

非常滿意，酒店環境很好，工作人員服務周到，初三早上的早飯送到了房間，後面兩天的早餐到餐廳吃的，菜品豐富，味道不錯，酒店配有洗衣房還有烘乾機，很方便。
