The hotel is located in the center of Lanzhou, and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk lady will greet you very attentively when you enter the lobby. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Zhongshan Bridge, with convenient transportation downstairs. The room is also quite clean, with a humidifier to relieve dryness, convenient parking, and its own parking lot. The front desk staff is very friendly.

The first question: I can’t believe that there is only one elevator in the entire hotel. I encountered elevator maintenance that day, so I ran up the stairs and collapsed! (The guy at the front desk carried my two big suitcases to the sixth floor) My child is less than two years old, so he has to be carried upstairs by adults! Second question: There is only one check-in counter in the hotel lobby, so how can one be enough when there are many guests? There was also a self-service check-in machine at the counter, but I was told that it couldn't be used. In the end, I had to check in at only one counter! The third question: There is a fence at the entrance of the hotel. You cannot enter the hotel immediately after getting off the taxi. You must get off at the intersection a little behind and walk to the hotel. This is not recommended for those with children and a lot of luggage. You must walk to the intersection every time you go out to take a taxi. . The fourth question: On that day, I offered to voluntarily add money to change to a larger and better room type, so I referred to Ctrip’s pictures. I was later told that the pictures were different from the real rooms because the room type pictures had not been updated in time. As a professional hotel brand, the above points are very disappointing! I don't give negative reviews because I don't want to be disturbed.

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

The hotel is right next to Lanzhou Old Street, and parking is free in the underground garage. There are many classic restaurants opposite, including beef noodles. There is nothing to say about the location and environment. The family room in the hotel is also very large and very comfortable. We, a family of 6, including three generations, were very satisfied and comfortable with our stay. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t even think about it on the third day. The housekeeper on the 6th called me in advance and told me The best navigation location for the entrance to the basement and the location from the basement to the hotel. Very responsible👍The front desk also consulted on some travel issues and helped me collect JD Express on my behalf. Very good👍
