Whilst we enjoyed the dinner at the hotel the bedroom was quite poor. No lift - no A/C - no sound-proofing and the bathroom was bathed in floodlights throughout the night. To add to this the bedroom windows opened onto the beer garden. The night was very warm and so, in the absence of air conditioning we had to have the windows open. Well past 11 pm the noise from the clientele gathered around the smoking area was unbearable. We rang reception and tried to get someone to tell them to be quiet. The first time a lady said that she "would turn the music down". On the second occasion the 'night-porter' spoke no English and didn't do anything. It was like sleeping whilst a party got louder and louder.

Celebrating our 50th High School reunion, me and my wife came from San Francisco, deciding to stay 1 night in the hotel - worst idea ever! The room had no direct window to the outside, no AC and was extremely dirty with stained carpet. At check-out we were told we should have booked a more expensive room! Ridiculous!

I recommend avoiding this hotel !!I made a reservation and allegedly there was an error in the price, so my reservation was canceled !!This is how the hotel management treats customers !! Who can, so avoid this hotel !!!!

Beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff, a quality menu and excellent breakfast. Check-in went more smoothly and we were shown the rooms personally. We were more than satisfied with everything and will definitely come back

A beautiful, typical, quiet place, with very beautiful renovated rooms. The hotel restaurant is also very good. We just encountered 2 small problems: we had booked a double room and had a single room (but very nice) And the cards to enter the room were quickly deactivated. But other than that, very nice place.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes from the motorway. Quiet despite the proximity to the road and train. Our room was sufficiently large, although there were clear signs of wear in some places and in need of an overhaul, but it was clean. Very warm due to the lack of air conditioning and the closed windows, the overall quality of sleep was not outstanding. The shower/bathroom was sufficiently large and well-equipped with cosmetics, hygiene and care products, a make-up mirror, a hairdryer and plenty of towels. Overall, not at the top level, but very charming. A highlight is the wellness area and the fitness room also has that certain something. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and is always refilled. The restaurant was closed, so no review possible. The friendliness of the entire staff is outstanding - that's a 5-star rating.

Hatte ein sehr altmodisches, seltsam geschnittenes Zimmer (Nr3) in L-Form, mit einem Einzelbett ohne Ablage an einer Wand neben der Eingangstür. Insgesamt 90er-Ambiente, alles irgendwie old-school. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber. In der Dusche unfreiwilliges Wechselduschen, das Fenster war vom Bett aus nicht zu sehen, bot aber ohnehin keinen Ausblick sondern nur eine Wand - das fühlte sich etwas nach Keller an. Das Zimmer kostete knapp 200 Euro für eine Nacht und war damit viel zu teuer. Wer einen guten Kurs erwischt, eine gewisse Piefigkeit mit ausgestopften Hischköpfen nicht scheut und einer großen Bar in volkstümlichen Stil etwas abgewinnen kann, wird freundlich und professionell empfangen.

Hotel molto tranquillo vicino a Dusseldorf. Vi ho soggiornato per lavoro. La mia camera era una singola standard quindi una delle meno rifinite, ma non mancava il necessario. Ottime dimensioni, calda, bagno con doccia, acqua caldissima, minibar, tv, asciugacapelli, macchinetta per caffè e tea in camera, accappatoio e ciabatte da camera. Era presente anche particolare ferro da stiro per pantaloni. Poche prese elettriche. Assolutamente ottimo il ristorante e la colazione Personale sempre disponibile
