A very pleasent stay in the one person room. Room was cleaned every day and well looked after. Amazing breakfast, a proper traditional english breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendy. Location wise it was perfectly close to the buses, underground and trains to get in and out of Stratford with ease. There's a great selection of restaurant and stores nearby. The neigbourhood was a bit ”urban” of which I didn't get a sense of when booking the room, since the hotel itself looks very well kept. But walking around the streets I never got the feeling of being unsafe.
Overall I can warmly suggest this hotel for your next stay near London.

Loved the location, right across the subway station which made our trip very convenient. The room was small and there was not enough space to open two suitcases and if we did it would block our path. But the room was clean and overall we liked it. The downside was the room service staff, they kept on knocking on the door and rushing me and also sighed at me when I requested to clean the room later.

This hotel offers great value for money. Although it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, which can be a hassle with luggage, and the station itself seems a bit far from the city center, and breakfast is a little on the small side, overall it's almost as good as a Holiday Inn. Plus, there's a Westfield shopping center right by the subway station, which is super convenient for shopping. It's clean and hygienic, so if you're not looking for luxury or a prime location, it's a pretty good choice.

I had a great stay at Ibis London Stratford. The location is excellent — within walking distance to a laundry center, grocery stores, and train stations like Maryland and Stratford. There’s also a nearby bus service that conveniently takes you to London Bridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great value and highly recommended for a comfortable stay in London.

Absolutely excellent hotel! The staff cooperation was truly outstanding, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a genuine smile.
Their professionalism and warmth made our stay unforgettable.
The location is perfect, facing a large garden with tennis courts, very close to all transportation facilities, near the city center, and just steps away from Westfield, a very large shopping mall, which made everything so convenient.
Special thanks to Vivian, Marsella, and to the gentleman whose name I regretfully forgot, he was extremely helpful and supportive during our check-in on December 11th., your kindness and support truly made a difference.

Nice room with a good size tv in the wall, clean and tidy and shower pressure was good. Was able to watch 6 nations before I went to West Ham v AFC Bournemouth.
Comfortable bed to sleep in.
However I was not impressed with the guy who checked me in he laughed at me for some reason maybe my surname. I did consider speaking to his manager but didn’t want to make a scene
One other thing is I had to carry a hot pan of lasagne to my room because I didn’t want to sit at a table only which isn’t my fault, I feel someone could have delivered it to my room for me and when food was ready they didn’t give me cutlery? How i was expected to eat without any i don’t know. I had to ask for cutlery which I don’t think I should have to do really.
Despite that I enjoyed my stay and the room was nice.

Out of the five hotels I've stayed at in London, this one offers the best value for money. It's exquisite, with a great interior and spacious rooms. Martina at the front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, which was fantastic! The entire hotel feels quite new, and it's spotlessly clean. The room's color scheme and interior design create a warm, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. There are thoughtful details everywhere, and the shower pressure is excellent. The bed is large enough, and the bedding feels brand new, unlike the worn-out sheets at JW Grosvenor House Hotel and The Marylebone Hotel, which charge an outrageous 5,000-6,000 RMB per night – a total rip-off. Plus, The Gantry Hotel is conveniently located right across from London's largest shopping mall, where you can find everything you need.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Wilde Aparthotel Aldgate Tower Bridge for two nights at the end of August and had a rather underwhelming experience. We expected more from this hotel, judging by its ratings online. As Coldplay was in town (our reason for visiting London), prices were higher than average.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from Aldgate East and about eight minutes from Aldgate Station. Liverpool Street Station is technically in walkable distance aswell, though taking the bus there is easier, with a stop right in front of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend walking to Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line – the walk felt long, annoying, and unsafe. Also, avoid walking further down the road toward McDonald’s after dark – sketchy atmosphere, and we saw two police scenes within those five mins of walking. Walking to Aldgate or Liverpool Street is safer.
The arrival was.. odd. No one greeted us, and we waited in the lobby for several minutes before someone finally helped us at a not-so-clean high table. The staff member seemed demotivated and spoke very quietly, though check-in was quick. Unfortunately, we were charged twice despite prepaying nearly a year earlier through a third party. This was resolved after I spoke with the manager, but I was surprised it was marked as a “user error” on our invoice, and no small gesture like waiving the early check-in fee was offered for the inconvenience.
We were given a room on the 9th floor. The corridors are dim, with black walls and stuffy air despite it being just 22 degrees outside.
The “triple room” is simply too small for three adults. The storage areas under the twin beds is smart, and there is a small wardrobe with two drawers, but oddly no safe to store your valuables. A table and chair cramped the room unnecessarily and looked cheap compared to the rest. The sofa bed was decent but had a pretty thin mattress and annoying metal railings that can be a little annoying when standing up / lying down; there was also no nightstand, only a photo shelf right above it where you really can’t put anything.
The kitchen area becomes very narrow once the sofa bed is pulled out. The fridge and sink were great, but the bins were tiny and filled up after just one day. The bathroom was also cramped, with practically no counter space. No toothbrush cups, Q-tips, or cotton pads were provided – unusual for a 4-star property. The soap dispenser was nearly empty and even fell out of its holder, and none of the dispensers were secured/locked, which isn’t hygienic (most hotels have that nowadays, for a reason!). We didn’t know where to go with dirty towels as there was no designated spot for them and no space. The heated towel holder being *right* next to the toilet is weird and inconvenient.
We had the AC running for hours & hours on end, yet it barely managed to cool down the room to an acceptable temp. At least it was quiet enough to keep on at night. The TV had few channels but casting worked very well. Light controls were fine, and the blackout blinds were excellent– also essential, since the windows aren’t tinted from the outside.
On the positive side, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night despite the hotel being full. We skipped breakfast as there are better options near Liverpool Street Station that we wanted to try out.
All in all, our first ever stay at a Wilde property was just okay. The location is central but not particularly the nicest, the staff lacked warmth, and the triple room was way too small for three adults. It should not be sold as a triple for three adults and would be better suited for parents with a small child. I imagine the higher room categories might do a better job of accommodating three adults.
We had what we needed; a clean room with good public transport connections. However, we wouldn’t stay here again as there’s better options out there.

GGuest UserVery nice staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet available, and when I needed to leave very early in the morning they provided me some cold food(croissants, muffins, oranges and hot coffee/chocolate).
They also provide tooth brush/paste, shaving set, comb when asked at the reception.
A couple of minor things: corridors are a bit hard to navigate for me, was not obvious which door leads to elevators, needed to read the signs after getting lost 😅.
I am not sure but breakfast seems to be the same every day? On the second day of my stay eggs were not there, but the rest was the same, I guess. I loved the option that you can grab a cup of coffee/chocolate/tea with you to go after you finished your breakfast. Not sure about every room, but mine didn't have a refrigerator, but I remember in my other IHG hotel stay there was one. Also hearing is possible only via air conditioner, and the maximum temperature is regulated, as I understood.
Otherwise very neet hotel, clean, friendly.

The location is quite good, close to Euston Station and King's Cross Station, and within walking distance of the British Museum. If you turn left when you leave the hotel, there are a few Chinese restaurants diagonally across the street, one block away. There are also convenience stores nearby.
P.S. The breakfast wasn't very diverse.

- Decently sized, standard layout and comfortable rooms.
- Rooms are quite clean, service in general was nothing too special but gets the job done!
- Convenient location near buses and metro to Central London / Oxford for a day trip, close to Westfield London which has great number of F&B outlets, supermarkets and shops.
Cons:
- Housekeeping was inconsistent; stayed for 6 days, everyday was missing something different, not being replenished in the room; could be tea, coffee, hand towels, tissue paper, toilet paper etc… had to keep calling for service every night throughout the stay. If housekeeping had set up the room in standard, hassle could be alleviated from all parties as it takes the housekeeping more than 20 minutes every time to bring the items.
- Both toilet paper rolls were removed unexpectedly one night, even when we certainly left the room with them both in the morning which I find a bit funny as there wasn’t even a need to replenish - but simply removed.
- Clock timing was incorrect 6 days throughout the stay and nobody clocked that nor changed it.
- Slight wear and tear in the room but nothing too major affecting our stay apart from the bathtub glass panel seam being broken and water kept coming out of the shower.
- Emergency alarms went off at 730AM with no explanation.
- There was daily construction noise and one day the workers and equipments were all outside our room for a good 4 hours in the morning to afternoon time. Again, I don’t blame it because maintenance is important but a notice would be nice.
Overall, I think the hotel gets its job done, the room and location were decent and comfortable. It’s the housekeeping and maintenance fell below expectations.

Room cleaning provided daily. They provided towel, soap, and shampoo. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, tho.
They have a small lift that can only cater for 2 people.
The room was quite spacious, and we had a nice stay there!! Thank you Berjaya!

2201675****The room was tiny, barely enough space to turn around, and once we opened our suitcases, they completely blocked the door. As for the shower, it was barely usable, just enough to get by.
The upside is the incredibly convenient location. It's right next to Paddington Station and the tube, making it super easy to get anywhere. Hyde Park is just a few hundred meters away – perfect for a stroll through the park, enjoying the scenery, and feeding the pigeons. Buckingham Palace is only about a kilometer further. During the Christmas season, Regent Street is just four bus stops and a hundred-meter walk away.
It was quite expensive, but that's London for you. It really depends on what you prioritize. If you just need a place to sleep that's well-located for exploring, it's a decent option.
