Dilapidated room which deserves a good renovation. Very poorly soundproofed, you can hear all the passages in the corridor and the neighbors in the toilets. Much too expensive for this type of service. Due to covid health conditions, no catering while a restaurant next door, which is a buffet, was able to open by doing what was necessary for the hygiene.The hotel only offered a take-away breakfast. Fortunately, it was plentiful and of good quality.Friendly staff.Beautiful swimming pool area, one of which is heated in winter.Beautiful garden.The only downside, which makes We will never return to this hotel because it is urgent to renovate and soundproof it.

Unbelievably noisy. The cleaning lady is making the room at 07:01 AM of the 1st January, waking up all the guests. Noone speaks English in this hotel. The proper rating would be 1 star and not 3. Worst experience of my life, highly not recommended.

We had an excellent evening. Many thanks to the friendly staff. To review the operation of the bar. 2 drinks waiting while the others have been served for a while. The buffet was good especially the starters. THANK YOU for the kind intention (small cake with candles) We will come back with pleasure. Thanks to the DJ.

Having already come to the R. de l’Ermitage, I found a clear improvement in the cuisine: very fine buffets: taste journeys. Always ideally located and supported by attentive and warm staff, (and my room was spacious and pleasant!)

Of all my trips, the most dilapidated room! apart from the view of the swimming pool to ''compensate'', very basic and very aging bathroom, the hairdryer did not work, the ding ding noise of the elevator becomes very annoying, the insulation between the rooms non-existent , the very average buffet. the strong point, the proximity of the lagoon and the coastal path.

The hotel where quality is constantly declining. The rooms are so old… The staff sometimes smiling sometimes not at the limit of basic politeness. The breakfast buffet is far from current standards. The swimming pool is very correct, perfectly heated. The location and outdoor spaces of the hotel are still magnificent. Too bad it's not enough to cover the rooms and corridors. There is crazy potential on this location, it’s a waste. The price we are charged does not correspond at all to the service offered.

Extremely well located complex, very well maintained on the exterior and the park. The staff is perfect, available, smiling and attentive. The breakfast buffet is exceptional!! Small downside... the hotel could do with a little renovation... the rooms are clean but a little dated and the same goes for the swimming pools. However our stay was great 👍 we loved it
