Leipziger Hof Innsbruck

I never write reviews but I enjoyed staying at this place so definitely recommend going there. Location is very close to city center, there are buses in morning which go from hotel parking to the slopes. Breakfast are amazing and in the evening it’s a la cart restaurant which is good as well.

I recently stayed at Leipziger Hof on February 4th, and my checkout on the 5th turned out to be a nightmare. The front office agent treated me with shocking rudeness, engaging in unprofessional dialogue that left me utterly dissatisfied. When I requested to speak with the supervisor to address this behavior, the supervisor not only failed to reprimand the agent but also dismissed my concerns. Despite the agent's continued inappropriate comments, there was a complete lack of action. Upon requesting the agent's name for a formal complaint, the supervisor callously stated that it's a "family hotel," insinuating that any complaint would be futile. This absurd response only added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience. Leipziger Hof's handling of this situation was not only stupid but also entirely unprofessional. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this establishment. My stay was marred by the incompetence of the staff and the disregard for basic customer service standards.

We are a family of four adults. We stayed for one week in two rooms. One double room and one suite. The hotel is a little far from city centre. The hotel gave us free bus passes for a week, which is nice. Although the hotel is old, however, the rooms are thoroughly modernized with wood floors,nice firm beds, and new bathrooms. Breakfast is free for all residents.The air conditioner in our suite stopped working by itself after about two hours. This caused disruption of our sleep at night since it is still warm at night.The receptionist promised to arrange to fix it, but he never.

Great room, great staff. Not in city center, but close enough, especially with the welcome card that came with our stay. Whenever we wanted ice, or coffee for our room, we were always accommodated. Would definitely recommend!

I really don’t know where to begin on my review of this amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in December, hoping to experience the Christmas Markets and some snow. The weather wasn’t kind to us but this didn’t ruin our trip. The hotel was a short walk from the Main Train Station and a welcome sight to end our journey. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel reception was beautiful. A Typical Tyrollean feel to it. Our room was wonderful. Just on the first floor, we took the handy lift with our luggage. It was a spacious beautifully decorated room, with air con and a lovely big window which we preferred to have open a little for fresh air - even though it was freezing outside! The bathroom was amazing- massive shower, very modern. All in all, everything we needed - including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking. To be honest it was one of the loveliest breakfasts we have had in Europe. A great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks and an amazing fresh orange juice machine. We could have stayed in the breakfast room all day. The service was really quick, all the staff were really attentive and the food was delicious. All in all this hotel was amazing. Well managed, well maintained and it had a ‘family run’ feel about it, which is lost on most of the larger hotels around. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were sorry to leave. Thank you Hotel Leipziger Hof. One member of staff stood out to us and made our stay really special. Vaji, was on duty for most of our stay in the breakfast room and made us feel really special. Her service was amazing, she was so attentive, polite and professional. Our favourite member of staff. She made our stay complete. So a special thanks to her.

This is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast was incredible, and the front desk staff were all so helpful. If I ever return to Innsbruck I will be staying here!

Our stay in Innsbruck was part of an extended road trip throughout Austria and I'll go as far as to say this was by far our favourite hotel. Exceptional service from Joseph and the entire team. Amazing corner room with A/C and modern bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast with extensive options and warm friendly service. A short walk from town and lots of advice on where to go and what to do. Absolutely spot on in all regards.

High quality, modern and nicely designed rooms with a natural wood touch. Beds were very comfortable! Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was included in our rate and was served in a cozy wood-paneled room. It was excellent. Main dishes (eggs, pancakes, waffles) could be ordered á la carte and the rest taken from a buffet. Wide selection of ripe fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice available. Location was also good with just a 10-12 minute walk to the central part of town.
