This hotel is a building in a community, very closed to the Kunming station, a lot of shops open in the night.

Spacious, very clean, soft towels, conveniently located near kunming train station (3 minutes walk). Friendly helpful staff. Not many breakfast choices though. Overall very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location, minutes walk to the train station where we can take HSR. The staff was polite, room was clean and our room view was great. Satisfied with the stay and great value for money, too.

1）no toilet at reception
2) breakfast area is too small, occupied less than 50 persons
Room is big and a lot of high tech tools. Curtains is good, toilet water is too hot can't control it. I been stayed here 2 nights still don't know how to control the hot water
3)breakfast is only so so Rmb28 per person
4)ealking from kunming station to hotel is a harder way if you have huge luggage. Have to pass by underpass.

The location is perfect, 10 minutes from the railway station and many restaurants, that stay open late, are within 5 minutes walk. My room was extremely big and the best bed I ever had in a long time. I slept with the windows open. Everything was extremely clean. The laundry room is very convenient. The receptionist even did my laundry while I was away. The only drawback is a low capacity elevator. I did not take breakfast. 100% recommended.

The room we got was clean and big. Looks exactly like what is shown in the picture. Very worth the price. Had a comfortable stay. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. Not far from the train station. Very satisfied with the stay!
