前台在1樓一個小賣部裏面。傻乎乎跑到12樓又下來😥
房間沒有空調，夕曬那邊挺熱的，可以看夕陽。風扇扇一整晚，還是挺熱。房間還是乾淨的，沒有異味，高鐵站附近，附近吃飯的地方也多。

房間衞生還是很乾凈的，床上用品看着很新！房間寬敞，一家三口住的還是舒服的，窗外的風景也不錯，在大學城旁，樓下吃的也多！在昆明南換乘本來想着將就一下，這家性價比還是不錯的，可以接站！老闆一家人也很熱情！

在昆明南中轉去版納，住了一晚。
這個樓裏有十幾家民宿，我們那一層看上去像貧民窟，不要的家居沙發，換出來的布草，各種隨意凌亂堆放在走廊過道。
床鋪衞生看上去還可以，但是躺下去，小腿就開始發癢。因為沒有空調，必須開着窗通風，但是沒有紗窗，半夜被蚊子咬醒，屋子裡沒有任何驅蚊防蚊產品，還好自己帶了無比滴，及時止癢。
最不能接受的是衞生間，那個晚上我們沒有洗澡，早早洗漱就將就睡下，這個衞生情況，完全不敢洗澡。還好我們自己帶了牙刷牙膏和拖鞋，那一晚才勉強度過。
有接送站服務，小哥哥服務很好，會在約定時間之前打電話提醒我們下樓等車。由於我們更改了時間，小哥哥説那個時段約滿了，我們就自己打車去車站了，反正也就十幾元，非常近。服務是好的，硬件真的無法恭維。客觀評價。
