Everything is good. Only one thing that bothered me was the noisy. We booked standard room, they upgraded us to a loft suite. The room is nice and clean, with a washing machine. We love the room, however, it was so noisy when we were sleeping at night. You can hear anything from upstairs because your bed is on the second floor loft which is closed the ceiling. You can clearly hear People walking, talking, moving the chairs...
My suggestion is don't take the loft suite. Other than that was excellent stay.

It has to be a branded hotel to be trustworthy. After a long search, I chose Novotel Apar**ents. The room facilities are very good and the service is also very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming.
