Staff helpful and good service

Nice and clean hotel, staff were very helpfull.
Located in relatively near Ciremai mountain, you can see it clearly.

Big room,. Need improvememt for breakfast, due to limitation of food choice and like egg not available anymore.
Staff very helpful. They carried our bags from 1st floor to 2nd floor which is without lift and they provided our request quickly (e.g. sent tableware to our room).
Besides that, you can order food from grage lanai resort.

Diberi kamar sesuai yang di-request. Pelayanan sangat baik. Sangat terkesan dengan pelayanan saat breakfast, saat itu ada rombongan pelajar & sangat ramai, tapi ada seorang Bapak (maaf saya lupa menanyakan nama Bapak) yang mencarikan & menyediakan 2 tempat duduk beserta 2 cangkir teh hangat. Terima kasih Pak... sangat menghargai perhatian & pelayanan Bapak. 🙏

Pertama kali ke sana,, gak ekspek kamar ny akan sebagus itu,, cm pada waktu menginap di sna ada bbrp hal yg kurang yaa…
Pertama AC nya bocor,, trus Wastafel mampet.. Variasa utk makanan sarapan nya Kurang Bnyak pilihannya.. tempat tdur roda nya copot… utk selebihnya smua fasilitas udh okee,, dpt Free waterboom jg.. kamar Luas kamar mandi + Toilet bersih,, strategis jg **patnya… pkk nya gak nyesel booking di sna..
