The triple room I booked on Ctrip was completely inconsistent with the one I actually stayed in. The facilities are old and shabby, the bathroom smells bad, the walls and curtains are mottled with mosquitoes, the sanitary ware is of poor quality, the lobby and elevators are full of smoke, there is no service and no management, the front desk staff is cold and difficult to communicate with, and the worst thing is Breakfast has few varieties and no seasonal food. 出差經常入住這家酒店，這次來的體驗感真的不好，首先入住時候需要300塊錢的按金，以前住重來沒交過按金，再説酒店的按金一般是200，你們酒店幾星級？前台有位年齡大的服務態度太差，問按金是怎麼規定，告知説房間有消費，隨便編造的理由説房間內有提供自費的飲料和其它消費品存在，但實際房間未提供，衹是編造的理由任意解釋欺騙客户。房間設施老舊，床旁插線板已經從牆裡出來存在安全隱患，房間衞生打掃的真一般，房間頂上還有蜘蛛網，洗澡水小，作為酒店的老顧客對酒店的管理很不滿意。
