Nice and clean room with ensuite toilet. However, there is no heater. Stayed 4 nights and no towels changed. Overall, it is value for money.

It's beyond my expectation! I will stay here every time I come to Vancouver! It's very clean and the facilities are very complete. As soon as I entered the room, I knew it was a professional hotel that had been in business for a long time👍👍

It’s far from downtown Richmond unless you drive by yourself
Not recommended for short term stay

I was delayed in the Philippines and arrived 1 day later than planned. I arrived at 6:00am and needed assistance from the hotel and received assistance. Everything is OK on average and I would like to suggest that the iron bed that actually made noise when I turned over is the worst minus point in this hotel,
