We had an absolutely wonderful time. Selena, in particular, was a charming host. She was extremely helpful and was constantly helpful.
She was always in a cheerful mood and the staff was equally nice.
It was a very pleasurable experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Sapa, making it very convenient to explore the area. Agribank is just in front of the hotel, so accessing VND is hassle-free. Dua Lipa, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapa!

Love the location because there are many eaters and shops nearby the hotel. The room is also big and the price is cheap.

Loved our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel. Can't beat it's location as it's right smack in the city centre. Walking distance to a few attractions or a short hop by Grab. Food is available nearby. Nice view from our room. Amenities are a little aged but it adds to the character of the place. Breakfast was ok. We enjoyed it. We were greeted by name each time we walked pass the front desk by Ms Dua which adds to the friendliness of the place.

The staff at hotel are very friendly and always willing to help. If you need any travel advice, they provide excellent guidance and service. I mentioned that I was taking the morning sleeper bus back to Hanoi at 7am, and the staff were so thoughtful — they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located near the night market and the lake, which makes exploring the area easy. Highly recommended

The hotel is situated in the center where the sapa station and other services are so close. Room is spacious and clean.
Buffet breakfast is also good due to variety of cuisine offered. You may explore Vietnamese dishes in their restaurant.
Staffs are accommodating specially the front reception. She can converse in English well. They can help you arrange tours if you like.
