One night for sightseeing. It's a bit of a walk from Maiko Station. The hotel is on a hill, but it was easy to get up there with the elevator. The room had an ocean view. You could see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Awaji Island. It was great to be able to see both the sunset and the illuminations. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again.
Location, meals, service and very good.
The Akashi Ohashi Bridge spreading in front of you is a superb view! I was able to spend a leisurely time watching the changing scenery.
Because it was all inclusive, alcohol and snacks were freely available in the lounge. I highly recommend it!
It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Shanyang Station. It is still very good to walk with luggage. The boss is very good. The room is not big. It is very old-fashioned tatami room, but it is very clean. I need to make my own bed, the quilt is a bit hard, and I wake up in the morning and see the red leaves outside the window. I feel super good.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. However, after observing one of the staff members my first thought was 'MOTTAINAI”.
Because, the female foreign staff named Hou has exhibited a low level of behavior for this hotel. Her eyes looked unfriendly, because she never had a smile. In fact, she made a remark and criticism about my question. It became clear to me she is the unprofessional type who is not suitable for such a nice hotel.
Photos are from room #507 where carpets had noticeable stains.
It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station.
The location is convenient and the environment is OK.
The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.
The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there
Nice location, and decently sized rooms. I am rather large myself, 188cm, so like most Japanese hotels, size is always an issue for me, but it would be fine for anyone around 170cm.
Cleaniness is fine, and lifts move quick. Wifi is good.
Room service is on request, but they supply fresh towels every day.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
The outskirts were only high-brand stores, and it was quiet at night.
There was a convenience store nearby, so I didn't feel any inconvenience.
A short walk to downtown.
I didn't know how to use the parking lot, so when I called the hotel, they politely guided me to a nearby affiliated parking lot.
The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water.
During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.
Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe is an ideal choice for a one-night stay before your flight. Its strategic location not only provides convenience to the airport but also offers easy access to the city downtown. This dual advantage allows you to explore the city or relax before your journey without sacrificing proximity to your departure point. The hotel's comfortable rooms and attentive staff make it a practical and enjoyable option for a brief stay, combining convenience and accessibility for both city exploration and airport convenience.
