Hotels in Hyogo Ward, Kobe

I'm not sure if this happens in all the rooms, but they have a serious humidity problem. The wall was getting wet and it made the bed wet as well, and the room smelled damp. They don't offer cleaning unless you stay for 4 nights or more. The beds weren't very comfortable and, as I mentioned, since the wall was wet, the duvet got wet too. I'm 1.86m tall and the duvet didn't fully cover me. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and there was a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel.

The location of Kobe Lumen Hotel is very good. It is in the city and the parking lot is easy to find. It is in the alley directly opposite the hotel and the price is reasonable. The hotel service is very good. We arrived very late and the check-in time was past, but they did not neglect us and arranged to check in immediately. When we checked out in the morning, we were 5 minutes late and they did not say anything. They were very gentle. The room was very clean and warm. The sound insulation effect was very good and suitable for living. In short, because of the comparison with the previous one, this one is simply heaven. The only flaw is that the room is a little small. Everything else is acceptable, mainly because of the cheap price.

My views is just merely the location, it's quite away from the city and my experience of the rail & subway seems not at all friendly comparing with all my whole trip. maybe there is much construction happening therefore it hinders the walk-way and directions signs & so forth. If not mistaken, the photo on the web seems not matching with the present, if that's so, would be good to up-date it. - facilities: Yes, it very good. - Food: Excellent.

The building and rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was free and had a variety of options. It was close to the station and was perfect for a single person.

Friendly staff. There were cigarette butts under the bed in the smoking room. But otherwise it was very clean and the location was perfect.

The room was larger than I expected and had everything I needed. It was less than 10 minutes by subway from Sannomiya and about 10 minutes from the nearest station, so it was a good value. No breakfast, but there is a food and drink space in the lobby, with microwave oven and electric pot available. After the AEON MALL closes, there are few restaurants open, so be careful when arriving at night. There was one convenience store in front of the station and one just a short walk from the hotel. Restaurants outside the central market are open during the day. The seafood bowl was delicious. There are people at the front desk only from 9:00 to 24:00.
