Check in and out was quick. 3 mins .
Room is not big but not small either. Decent size. 3 plugs available. Enough light.
Toilet I find it abit small. Kinda narrow. Shower will splash out to the sink area easily, toilet floor easily get wet all the time.
My only set back of the room is the freaking aircond will take 12 hours to cool down the room. Otherwise it was always feeling warm. Definitely need improvement .
Breakfast was decent. Lots of seating area. Good food selection and quality is decent.

Is packed like a zoo.
Couldn’t locate the basement parking. Had to park at the mall outdoor parking.
Location is ok, kinda out of the way but it’s my kinda get out of town but not too far away. Fine by me.
Hotel is connected to the mall. Nothing much in the mall but have a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant and a playground for kids.
Overall, I had a good stay, but I will not return until the aircond situation is over.

Fast check in & out. Pool is great but room not so clean. Bed was comfortable. Nasi lemak was delicious and got variety of food. Overall my daughter enjoy staying here.

This hotel really good. Nearest with everything. I check in too late but all the staff still welcoming me. Hotel smell really goog. Room really nice. Guard also really nice. Really recommend.

The location quite far from the town but beside the mall. New hotel, everything was good and I enjoy staying here. Love the onsen!

Everything is ok 👍🏻first day just the freezer is not working,my fruits and desserts all is spoild😓but they are faster arrange our room to change new one,actually the new one freezer is same problem no working.i hope my next stay is no have this problem.
