It clearly says that there is a luggage storage service in the accommodation service details, but when I arrived, it was unmanned and I couldn't receive any service, so I walked around for almost 30 minutes, went back to the JR station, stored my luggage for 700 yen, and started my trip. Something happened that didn't exist Also, there was an issue with the door lock not working in my room. To resolve this, I was able to resolve the issue within an hour by talking to the manager (the door did not close tightly, so I had to push it with force) The room condition was excellent and everything in the bathroom and toilet was good. There were some inconveniences, but I spoke to the master and he said he would fix it, so I think it will be a better hotel.

Facilities and sanitation are good! Without speaking Japanese, self-service check-in is difficult!

アパートみたいな感じで、綺麗で清潔感があります。 フロントは無く、入り口のタブレットでチェックイン、お部屋のタブレットでチェックアウトできます。 確認等したい場合は、お部屋のタブレットで電話かメールが可能です。 タオルを追加でほしい等急ぎの場合は、フロントにスタッフがいる訳ではないので対応が難しそうです。 門司駅から歩ける範囲内なので、助かりました！
