We flew in town for my Grandmother’s funeral on March 8, 2024, and selected this hotel via ******* based on its proximity to the funeral home. We’re a family of five with two children and an infant. We selected a room with a king-sized bed, pull out sofa, and requested a pack & play. The mattress included in the sofa was so disgusting (stained with either blood or vomit,) that my teen son opted to just sleep on the closed sofa with sheets. Our bathtub was designed in a way in which there was only one sliding door which wasn’t the one close to the faucet. This makes it impossible to bathe a small child unless you’re literally in the tub with them. Although we checked in late, there was only one washcloth and two towels in the bathroom (we called the front desk and they were accommodating, and came promptly with extra.) Our sink was stopped up so we had to remove the stopper. There were sample sized body washes, shampoo, and conditioner, and no toothpaste. (There’s a vending machine in the lobby with toothpaste.) Room has a Nespresso machine, but no microwave, and the mini fridge was barely cold. The one thing I’ll say was impressive was the breakfast menu. We went early, at 7am. There was fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, and orange slices, muffins, toast, waffles, sausage, etc.) We won’t ever book a stay here again, and I’m glad we only had to spend one night.
