本次住宿很不好，以後不想再去住。
1.開發票，專門在前台問，什麼時候可以開發票，前台回答隨時可以開，等晚上10點前去開的時候説人不在，説開不了。
2.我住7樓，我對面的房子，12號是一直開着門的，無人入住，但門是一直開的，我13號離店時，還開着，沒人管理。
3.停電了！12號晚上停電了，這個感覺太差了，衹有酒店這一片停電了，13號我離店時還沒有來，手機沒電了，不知道停了幾天，住到停電的酒店，真是服了。手機不能充電，太影響第二天出行。
4.服務上，去辦離店手續，衹字未提停電的影響，一句抱歉的話沒有，其實離店時很生氣，如果停電這種情況酒店無法解決，總可以語言上表達一下歉意，讓顧客心情好點，起碼有個態度。
5.停電了，沒辦法，衹能從樓梯下來，提着很多東西走下來，樓梯間很臟，很滑，很容易滑倒，停電了，電梯不能用，應該都是走樓梯下來的，酒店能打掃一下嗎？如果哪個客人從樓梯下來，摔着了，後面咋整。
6.停電了，跟失聯了一樣，酒店根本聯繫不上，前台電話打不通，停電就沒辦法了嗎，希望改進。
這次住宿太生氣了。

有兩個小問題，第一：熱水的淋浴🚿水壓太高了，第二：外面風很大時房間窗口🪟噪聲了，其他沒有問題了，謝謝
