A super rubbish hotel. The website clearly stated that there is a free airport shuttle bus. When we arrived, we repeatedly asked the front desk if there was a free airport shuttle bus. She confirmed that it was and made an appoin**ent for departure.
In the morning, a small taxi came and said it was a shuttle bus for us to get on. The result is that we pay our own fare. After calling the hotel to ask, she said there was no free shuttle bus. The information on the website was from the past, and she didn't know the fare. It depends on how much the driver charges. This is the first time I encountered such a bad and unreliable hotel.
I stayed here before because I had an early flight, it was 10 minutes away from the airport, and there was a shuttle bus.
The room was shabby, with no hot water kettle, no drinking water, no hair dryer, and no heating. The temperature is only 4 degrees.

La comida mal hecha, pedimos que se cambie el.plato. Y sinplemte botaron la parte sucia y nos trajeron la mitad del mismo, pésimo trato del personal. Al momento de pagar la cuenta nos quisieron cobrar más de lo que estaba en la carta.........

Très bon emplacement au centre de Juliaca, à pied de la Plaza de Armas et d'un centre comercial, à 10 minutes de l'aéroport. Petit-déjeuner correct, chambre propre et confortable. Le personnel de réception, du restaurant, enfin tous étaient très aimables et attentionnés. Merci beaucoup !

La estadia fue agradable, es necesario que tengan calefactores en buen estado, en el comedor trato agradable y gentil del personal, fue de lo mejor en esta àrea. En general el hotel se mantiene limpio y agradable, ss hh buenos y con limpieza permanente. Es recomendable.
