The room is clean with good aircon and hot water. It is very affordable (but can be a little far from city during peak hours). Worth it!

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly, only issue was the WiFi was only Available in the reception. Food was great, entertainment was good. Gigi and Gina were very friendly from the kids animation team.
Kyoto Boutique Hotel

The location is just nice, near to my meeting office. Room is also ok, except for a non-functioning light in bathroom. Service need a lots of improvement. I was greeted, in an unpleasant way, receptionist was to me, ”I just came here to work, and my work is to do registration, smile is not part of my work portfolio.” Whole check in was awkward, and immediately I felt unwelcome here. I stayed for a night, and the next morning, I was literally disgusted by the phone call reminding on check out time. Once is ok, but calling up numerous time, is super annoying.
