Location is the centre of all shopping malls . A bit crowded but so accessable to go via sky walk . House keeping staff and F&B staff celebrate my Bday . Thank you so much for their services and kind words to wish my special day . Love to stay and will be back again . Not so good about was deposit 3000 baht per night . We have been to bkk so often and no other hotels are asking that deposit to pay upon check in. Hope management to consider to change it . Otherwise, all are pleasent staying and happy . F&B restaurant staff Changwai ( cate) was so helpful and lovely . Thanks him for his wonderful service . We will come back again for sure 😘

Intercontinental Bangkok is at the heart of Bangkok, which made me walk around a lot and enjoyed the neighborhood! It is close to the beautiful Lumphini Park that you can walk or run. Close to Siam shopping area & Central World. And Erawan Shrine is just across the street - if you come here to pray. Room was clean & amenity was Byredo. Staff was all kind, helpful, and nice! I got to ask one of the Bell Man, Muad(Uaswin), for local breakfast, and he recommended a Thai Hainese Chicken restaurant. So delicious! Thank you so much! I will come back next time for sure 🙏🏽

Excellent location and incredibly friendly staff made this hotel a standout. The small pool and limited TV channels were downsides, but the new, clean facilities made up for it. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Bangkok.

Excellent breakfast although choices are limited. Location is very good. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Restaurant staff are friendly and professional but not the case for Front Desk.

This is a wonderful hotel and I truly enjoyed my stay there for the past 2 weeks. The lounge club on the 37th floor is worth mentioning as they provide excellent meals and their staff service is impeccable - thank you Mr Pichet and his crew. The housekeeping is thorough and had great attention to detail - kudos to all the house-keeping staff. I will definitely revisit this hotel again in the future. The gym is well-equipped and has an amazing view on the 36th floor. The only grouses is the aircon and drainage is a bit noisy in my room 3310 as I am a light sleeper. Thank you, once again for your generous hospitality.

This is my greatest stay experience recent years, great service(they are really so great), the room is very cozy and also spotlessly clean! the hotel location is great too! Specially, thanks Trip.com help me to change my stay plan because our originally hotel already fill. Thanks everyone!
