無可挑剔的酒店，房間真的涼快舒坦，視野開拓，周邊很多美味，出門打車騎行都很好，吃飽江邊散步，感受瀾滄江的壯闊

1.衞生太差了，也不知道多久沒打掃了，居然有老鼠屎💩
2.拖鞋太臟了，想洗澡也不方便，拖着還超級臭！又臟又臭！！！！兩雙真的沒一雙能穿！
3.沐浴用品也不知道會不會更換新的，瓶蓋都生銹了！沒敢用！估計是用了就加進去，從來不會換新！
4.大清早洗澡洗到一半沒熱水！真無語
5.酒店位置不好找，物業處登記辦理入住，找半天找不到，也沒人去接一下就算了！好不容易找到了，住的和辦理入住的還不是同一棟！上樓了，屁顛屁顛跑去四樓，結果是24樓，真服了！到差不差也不説清楚是幾樓。
房間2403，住2棟，以為是4樓03，結果跑上去有人住，才知道是24樓！

房間挺新的，二個卧室，配置都不錯，大陽台，可以看江景，還是電動窗簾，有洗衣機，服務也挺好可以免費停車，體驗感不錯

很差！
首先我不是同行，衹是來版納旅行
具體情況：辦理入住時就已發現被子上床上有五六衹螞蟻，當時考慮到版納這邊螞蟻確實較多，所以自己隨手處理掉便出門遊玩了，晚上十一點多回住宿，發現床上仍出現有不下五六衹螞蟻，馬上聯繫了前台，沒想到是一個保安接的電話並告知我前台已經下班，不知道怎麼處理，後撥通 羅姓員工 電話，跟我説床上有螞蟻也能睡，他們已經習慣了，整個談話沒有任何要處理這件事的意思，全程“懂了麼，明白不，行了麼，你要怎麼辦呢？”這類語氣，我尋思我找你解決問題還是你找我解決問題？這麼不負責任的話都有臉説的出口也是沒想到，最後話都沒説完把我電話掛了。事情最後由保安給我們換的房間。
酒店沒有24小時值班人員，遇到問題不能解決，羅姓員工態度非常之差，衞生環境也不行，房間味道很重，沐浴露這類一次性用品也不是新的，即便在9樓，房間衞生間螞蟻也很多，整個住宿就一公寓改建的，整一個影響旅遊體驗，之後要入住的朋友們謹慎考慮。

15號訂的房間，下單之前打電話問客服有沒有接送機服務，她説可以。然後我到達之後，客服説沒有接送機服務，我説訂的時候答應我有這個服務的，客服才安排車接機，但是沒有送機，在版納不好打車，我回去那天，在酒店門口等了2個小時才叫到車去機場。。剛到版納當天下午6點到了酒店，我把窗打開之後就出去了，晚上9點多回來的時候，蚊子蟲子飛滿了房間。圖片就是我開了16度的空調和把燈關了之後半個小時拍下的。後來我自己噴了一些驅蚊液到天花板。因為第一次過來，客服也沒有提醒一下要關防蚊窗。這個不夠細心。還有一個就是衞生間的洗手盆上有一些污漬。衞生間也沒有提供涼拖鞋。衹有兩雙一次性的鞋子，那洗澡的時候是要不穿鞋子嗎？還是穿一次性的鞋子呢？這個我很難理解。衞生間門口也很容易積水，雖然有乾濕分離，但是衹有一片玻璃，沒有門，洗澡的時候水很容易灑出來。窗簾也是自動的，要麼全開，要麼不開，反正不能半打開。

春節期間 對比其他酒店價格算實惠的 環境不錯能看見江 有燈光 環境不錯 酒店衞生也不錯 挺好的我感覺 離星光夜市也近 騎電動車10分鐘吧 樓下停車也方便

連續住了兩天，房間很乾凈，設施很完善，床很舒服，洗漱用品質量好，拖鞋很有檔次。出行方便，旁邊就是瀾滄江。
