服務非常好，真心感謝前台漂亮的美女一看我們有兩個孩子免費幫我們升級了房間，住過兩家泉盈都不錯，來濟南會一直選擇他家

🚗 交通：距離大明湖景區走路差不多10分鐘就可以到東門。距離濟南站打車差不多10分鐘，到濟南西站不堵車20分鐘就可以到。但是在那邊打車比較難，需要排隊等好久，需要提前預留一些時間。還算是比較方便好找的。
🔔服務：酒店前台的小姐姐特別熱情，給我們介紹了附近的景點還有濟南比較有名的景點，大明湖，芙蓉街，寬厚裏，曲水亭街，趵突泉，這些比較近得景點，還説有什麼問題可以隨時打電話諮詢，最後一天我們退房後不想揹着行李，前台還可以寄存，非常方便。
🧹衞生：訂的是套房，可以住四人，酒店環境特別好，我們住的是10層，因為當天是中秋，還準備了月餅🥮，非常貼心。

缺點:
1 入住時酒店沒有及時辦理入住
2 床單衞生不好，白床單黑乎乎的
3 酒店空調維修，晚上熱的不行，11點男性員工單獨上來查看，説給拿個風扇最後也沒拿
4 工作人員態度不好
優點:
1.洗漱用品質量比較好
總體給兩分，性價比不高，不推薦入住

前台小姐姐超級好，有問必答，很熱情哦，真是人美心善，套房總體還可以，就是噪音有點吵，希望這方面改善一下，床軟硬程度很奈斯，衞生間不是很大但是也夠用了，畢竟出門在外嘛，大明湖很近，周圍有惠民早餐，也是比較方便的

7.23一家三口和朋友一家三口到濟南來玩，考慮到停車方便並且距離大明湖景區近，通過攜程預訂了兩間親子房（三人床，40平米）。到店之後，車停到酒店後面的停車場，辦理入住之後，所有人都很滿意房間的衞生，面積大小，特別是孩子，很興奮看到有一扇推拉門隔斷可以為自己隔出一個小天地。吃完晚飯，出酒店左轉直行，步行1.5公里到達大明湖。因為很舒適，又去前台續訂一晚上，沒想到價格更優惠！
最後想説，兩天酒店送了不同的水果拼盤，很貼心！

五一全家出遊，位置挺好距離大明湖北門很近，開車上高速也很方便；酒店服務很好，趙淑然、司建月服務很到位，貼心的給孩子贈送了小禮物和歡迎水果；房間很乾凈，在房間裏可以看到超然樓，夜景很美，有機會來的話還會選這裏住。
