The room was not clean, there was a peculiar smell, the quilt was yellowed, the wireless connection was not working, there was no internet all night, the TV was lagging and I couldn't watch it. This was the worst accommodation experience ever. The accommodation environment was seriously inconsistent with the pictures. I came here after reading the reviews, but the accommodation was completely different. It was really bad.

This is my first time staying at Home Inn Neo! I am very satisfied with the experience! Due to the temporary arrangement of the trip, I arrived at the store late at night. The attitude of the front desk staff was still very good. The check-in procedure was fast. They also provided power cords to help solve the problem of charging. The room layout was reasonable! Overall, it was clean, comfortable and hygienic! The lighting can be bright or soft! The bedding is comfortable, the pillows are soft and hard, and it is thoughtful. There are plenty of toiletries, and four bottles of mineral water are provided!
