Have a good stay but not exceptional
Thank you for early check in and late check out were given to us
The family room close with lobby and swimming pool which was great
However the deluxe room located next to main road and it had moldy,
The breakfast was amazing, forgot to ask the lady name who gave us warmth welcome at sungai
The thing need to improve is staff need to have personal touch to guest during stay, most of them just too busy with their duties

I am happy with my trip in Bali. I return to Bali for few times because I like to try out all their trip activities. Bali is huge and I feel like I am back to nature again where sun, sea and sky meet. People here is warm and welcoming. Each trip is so memorable.

We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend for two more nights. While we didn’t get the exact room we had hoped for, the staff went out of their way to find us a similar one, ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Their dedication and hospitality truly stood out. If you’re planning to immerse yourself in the many activities Ubud has to offer, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel in Ubud with decent pricing. Breakfast has good spread with friendly service. Front desk is also very helpful. Room and overall hotel is a bit dated but is kept clean. Love the balcony overlooking the river. Location is a bit far from Ubud center, but they offer 1-way shuttle from the hotel.

Good hotel with lots of amenities and friendly staff. The location is near to Ubud centre and they offer an almost hourly shuttle service as part of your stay. Good hotel, would recommend!

Good breakfast, it has a big room and clean - however, spa wasn’t as good as we expected tho, bit under perform. In general, this is a good hotel.
