Clean and nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice gesture of gifting mooncake during mooncake festival period. Breakfast varieties are good too. Relaxing moment to stay here.

酒店交通便利，鬧中取靜，附近有月河古街。酒店環境很好，環境幽雅別緻，逐水而居，經典的江南風格，小橋流水，休憩在景區之中，迴歸最本質的閑適。硬設很好，管家小董貼心。酒店自帶小童樂園，蠻大的，小朋友玩了一晚上不捨得離開。正好遇到蘆蓆滙有活動，帶小朋友聽了吉他彈奏，猜字謎……酒店旁還有家名叫碎銀幾兩的茶館，原木裝修，在裡頭點一壺安神茶，閑聊幾句，發會呆，靜靜體驗慢調生活。

五一假期出去遊玩選了蘆蓆滙。避開人流是不錯的選擇。酒店大堂服務不錯。親子房感覺稍微小了一點，進去有股味道開窗散了半天。浴缸也有些小。親子房樓下就是小童樂園很方便小朋友的最愛。房間包含門票早上9:00-21:00免費進出不限次數。去月河街也不遠步行十分鐘左右。很方便。

一直想要來，終於帶娃來打卡了
前台給我們免費升級了套房，環境安靜而且房間很大。
酒店地理位置也很不錯，離月湖還有南湖都不遠
小童樂園小朋友撒歡的不出來了，期待下次繼續錯峯來打卡

入住體驗感很好，前廳小丹服不錯，很貼心，酒店在市區，邊上就有一條老街，順着河悠閑的走過去，河邊古色古香的建築+小橋流水景色，兜兜河邊的小店，鬧中取靜的感覺，特別贊！邊上好像還有子城，天主教堂，下次還會過來，推薦！下次來想坐在河邊喝茶，坐上一天哈哈哈

非常滿意的一次出行，沒想到居然滿房，周邊也非常便利，河邊景色非常美，也有美食街，還幫忙升級了房型，小朋友超開心！

設施太差，這麼陰冷的天氣，空調開出來是冷風，反應維修後依舊不給力，拿了一台取暖器才好點，這要是大冬天的根本不行啊，最無語的是第二天早上洗漱到一半，停電了……真的是太糟心了
馬桶也不是智能的，下水也不行，酒店整體給我的感覺就和全季這種連鎖差不多，而且衝著小童樂園來的，但住店客人小童樂園也要收費
説説優點吧，酒店服務人員還是不錯的，訂的這個房型裏面有個超大圓浴缸，泡澡不錯
