Home2 Suites by Hilton Lexington Hamburg

Had a great stay here. The King Suite was spacious and included a full size 'frig, microwave, D/W, coffee maker & sink plus all the dishes necessary to stay in and eat!! Bed was comfy with great bedding. TV had all the nec channels and the room was clean, & quiet for us and our "fur baby". Complimentary breakfast was amply stocked with hot options and included great, hot coffee. It is located in the center of shopping and eateries...perfect location for this traveler.

Loved most all of it. The only problem we had was the management put a letter on our windshield. It stated that we were illegally parked on their property and it was reserved for hotel guest. They need to keep better track of their guests.

What a fabulous room. So spacious and has everything we need. Really impressed. Lots of great restaurants and one just a walk across the parking lot which was great after 9 hours in the car. The Double dogs pub was terrific and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if we were coming through Lexington

Stay was comfortable but staff not super helpful. One gal acted like it was a pain when asked to do anything. Our TV kept freezing and WiFi is terrible. We shouldn’t have to pay extra for good WiFi, it should just be a given. A smile goes a long way and some just looked downright miserable!

I usually really love Home 2 Suites. Upon check in the staff was not very friendly. Maybe overwhelmed bc she was alone. It was a Sunday night we checked in. Not a very busy night in a hotel. She gave me a room directly across from the elevator and next to a room that either had repairs or construction occuring for the first two hours we were there. We pulled the sofa bed out for our son and the mattress pad was dirty. Had a dead bug, a girl’s hair tie and makeup on it. Gross. I called down and asked if someone could bring us another one and the gal said no because she was alone. I could see if I could find someone from house keeping in the hallways - but she said it was time for them to leave. We were exhausted from traveling, already unpacked and trying to rest. Between the noise and the mattress pad being dirty, it wasn’t a great impression. I wouldn’t recommend this property. Some positives: the rooms are spacious, they have a pool, enough room for family of 5. Breakfast was maybe a 3 out of 10. Friendliness lacked. Cleanliness was 6 out of 10. Quiet… zero out of 10.

On the surface it looked clean but there were several hairs and water spots in the shower and fi ger prints on the microwave. They also do not provide hand soap. I never thought that i would have to bring soap. I did like the setup of the room. This is great for longer trips.

Very comfortable for the 5 of us traveling together including 2 kids and my senior Dad. Lots of little touches that make the stay nice. The pull out couch for the kids was actually very comfortable, better than the one at our resort. It can be hard to find rooms that accommodate all of us but from now on I’ll look for home2 hiltons.

Shower had no water pressure. Window and ac unit cold air was coming through could not go by it was to cold. Upstairs people were running around all night. Neighbor next to us she found god...oh god oh god

The hotel was right off the expressway. It was close to several restaurants and gas. It was a good value and was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good . Would stay there again.
