Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!

The rooms are showing their age a bit (everything is a bit less shiny post-covid) but the lobby is stunning and everything was clean and comfortable. This time I used it to participate in the conference at the Convention Center. The underground passage is connected to the Convention Center, and you can easily move on the moving sidewalk. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. Especially the staff were very good. Even for me, who is not good at English, the front desk staff Yara responded politely and was willing to take a commemorative photo with me. It is one of the hotels I want to stay again next time I go to Jakarta.

My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Stay for second time, got the same room and the best view to semanggi area. This hotel location is superb as you can find so much variety food in the mall. The breakfast at this hotel also good and the pastry is superb. But at this time, the water flow and temperature in the bathroom not stable. Some time the water is very2 hot. The enginering come to fix it, but it doesnt work. So have to be careful when take a bath in a shower.

I understand that it was an old hotel but finding 4 small cockroaches is really bad. The towels and robe are old too. Can see old wallpaper with stain and flaking and old wood flooring. Mold on the toilets and crack hairlines in the bathtub. The alley way is warm and stuffy too. The room are mostly lit with yellow warm light so not bright. However overall service is good, staff are friendly and always greets with smile

I spent 6 weeks in Hotel Liberty between March and April 2020, I am very happy to have been there and I strongly recommend it. I have been travelling the last 30 years and I can say that this is one of the very good places where I stayed. The location, the staff and the cleanliness are excellent. The rooms are big (I stayed in a 28 sqm room) and with very good natural and artificial light; the bathroom is good and very clean; the bed is very good; the closet is big enough for people travelling for long periods like me. Due to the COVID emergency I worked full time from my hotel room and it was very comfortable because the work table is big, the chair very comfortable and the WiFi works well. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. So, I have no doubt I would come back to Liberty Hotel. Thanks Pak Slamet, hotel manager, and thanks to all staff.

I came at 4 in the morning, the glass door was closed, the lights were dim. As soon as I entered, the swift staff immediately appeared to turn on the main lights and serve my check process properly. Not a few minutes later I have got a room card and entered my room. The room is pretty clean, the facilities are adequate for my type, which is not too complicated with facility problems. Only the window is lacking because it says ”there is a window” but apparently there is no view out 😁😁😁 For food, the breakfast is delicious. My taste once. Especially the noodles. Lazis... 😊 But it's a shame I haven't had time to order room service specifically for food because I had lunch and dinner outside the hotel. But from the appearance and prices in the menu book on the table under the TV it seems quite complete and delicious. For those who have long or thick hair, want to wash their hair at the hotel, don't worry. Hairdryer ready in the room, under the hanger. Little input. In the future it would be nice if the staff checked the cleanliness of the bed covers/sheets because even though I'm sure they've been washed, there were a few orange spots that I found. And also the placement of trash bins, should be calculated properly so as not to block the Qibla direction. (Sorry, yesterday I moved the trash to near the dressing table). For staff, it's a good idea to wear clothes with nametags. Even though the uniform is in the form of a t-shirt, I think, the nameplate can still be worn making it easier for visitors/guests to recognize the staff on duty at that time. So far, thank you for the service during my stay there. ☺️

Service was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Stayed in here for concert Regime Tour Jakarta. Booked via Agoda. Recommended hotel if you want to stay near GBK Senayan Room was good, clean but not big. They give amenities sandal hotel, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, towel, 2 mineral water. No kuttle jug, coffee and tea. Stay at 2nd floor you can easily access through stairs. This hotel become one with the coffee shop. The one I love, the room rate include breakfast. The choice of breakfast not much but these enough for small hotel.

It's a very good hotel. Very clean facilities. Personally, I really like it. The price is not too expensive. But traveling requires Grab. Or ride a motorcycle on the mountain road next to the main road. If you don't have a view, it's OK. I recommend it.
