We just checked in with Susan. She was such a pleasure to meet. She was very helpful and informative during check in and answered all questions we had. I saw the pictures, I thought they looked nice and luxurious. Soon I pulled up in the parking lot, first thing in my mind was ”uh-oh” and I walked up to the front desk, the staffs were nice until I walked in the room, it was smelly, nasty, floor (omg) there are flies everywhere in the bathroom, towel rack was broken but the maintenance came and fixed it with some glue. I wanted to check out but the room was already paid for with no refund. I decided to buy my own comforter, sheet, pillowcase, and towels just to keep me clean and safe. Make sure to wear sandals to prevent feeling dirty, oh yeah I bought some Lysol to get rid of smell and germ. The water won't drain down in the tub after taking shower. They need to burn down the whole property, seriously!

The best and most comfortable hotel chain in the US trip is sleep inn. The bed and quilt are quite comfortable, the breakfast is really rich, the quality of the passengers is high, clean and hygienic, here is a bit biased to find a little.

The hotel is excellent value for money, the breakfast is plentiful, the room is very clean, very close to the 95th road, we stayed for one night, special value, the only thing is that the curtain is yarn, the thickness of the layer is only half, can not hold, Because I lived in the room with the head, the street light came over and the room was very bright, I didn’t sleep well, I hope to improve.

The Hotel is need of a face lift. Smells old , old carpet. Trying to play off Full size beds for queen. I sell mattresses and I know the difference. Would not want to stay at that location again. Oh, 1-elevator it was very old. You should do better for that location. It’s reminded me of an Extended Stay place.

Customer service was outstanding the people who work at the front desk are very friendly and more than accommodating. Even when we came back from work at 5:00 in the morning if there was anything we needed they were there for us I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed two new nights at this hotel, and looking back, I don’t know how we stayed the second night. There were a few issues of concern during our stay this weekend. Firstly, there were two bath towels even though I booked the room for three adults. Secondly, the sheets on one bed were definitely not clean. There was hair on the sheets in various places. There were multiple live roaches and palmetto bugs in the bathroom. They were hiding underneath the toliet seat! There seemed to be a steady stream of men in and out of the room next door and noise all night. I had higher expectations after reading reviews from previous customers. The paint in the bathroom was chipping and there were no small amenities like a hair dryer. To be honest, it was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.
