Stayed three nights. The A/C never wanted to get cold. Stayed 73 the entire time there regardless of the setting. The bed was very soft. No room service during our stay. Bathtub stained. Paint blistering off the walls in places. The breakfast was good. Will not stay there again.

Very enjoyable overall. We usually book in transit where we stay and look for places with king bed,breakfast,parking,and pool/hot tub.It seems that lately…meaning the last 3-5 years…many places with pool/hot tub availability are 50/50 or less with tot tub operational…maybe some way to let us know in the info space if said hot in/pool is operational…thank you

Needs to be cleaned up Very dirty. Fridge broken toilet issues with flushing. Locks broken on security entry. Housekeeper barging in room asking why I wish still there. 2 1/2 hours before check out. Front desk staff nice

Stayed here for a night on the way back home from a cruise. The older front desk lady at night was great, most of the staff when presented with issues said they don't want to spend money to fix problems.
Our toilet backed up with one use and little toilet paper use. My parents room had no heat or AC and the door didnt latch great. They did switch us rooms and all seemed good til I locked up for the night and the dead bolt didn't work.
While bringing in the bags a gentleman tried entering my parent's room. Upon seeing my dad he said sorry wrong room. People was in and out of the property all hours of the night.
Upon asking for some type of refund the manager refused, and told my dad she would for his room and not ours because we was moved.

The real gem for me was the breakfast buffet. That alone was almost worth the price. The people were friendly and the bed wasn't bad at all. They had a large TV that worked well and so I wasn't disappointed.

The rooms are falling apart, curtains have holes, room dirty, they had a comedy event and had to wait for two hours for parking. It’s a nasty place.

The reception was good but the rooms are outside. You feel unsafe and it is loud. I wouldn't stay there with children.
