Good Works 2021 starting with the change in price policy is possible to understand the increase in annual accommodation prices in your hotel we used for quite disturbing business trips, but the first is measured by the rates. The second is that it is the most disturbing part of the euro as a domestic client, while it is not possible to buy firm prices even on the basis of the EURO kurs in our country. It is clear that the Ministry of Tourism is quite uncomfortable about this situation. I cannot accept a price policy that is linked to the EURO currency within my own country's borders.

Only by controlling what I look for in internet deserves a zero points , not even Booking can be checked . Small rooms for a 5* hotel. Small details like having water to drink in the sauna instead of paying for it, says a lot about the hotel. On the first room offered on the first floor facing a wall , after saying that there were not more rooms , there was a nice big mantis on the curtains and suddenly there was an empty room on an top floor. Small detail!! Breakfast is ok, nothing remarcable . The staff were nice and educated but they don’t deliver what they say they would after apologizing , not many English speaking but I was neither a Turkish speaker so can’t complain about it. It’s a cheap hotel that doesn’t deserve a 5* category but 4* and doubting about it.

Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an exceptional hotel, IHG Group! We stayed there in June 2022, 9 days! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS reception staff!!! We received, as it was my birthday, a business room of 55 square meters! With living room, bedroom, exceptional! Pool view! Also, the cleanliness is 100%! Very good location, right in the tram station, which has a separate line, so transport is not limited by road congestion. A bit disturbing is the fact that, sometimes, we had to leave the pool at 3 or 4 p.m. because sometimes they had wedding parties organized in the pool area. But these parties are very nice, not disturbing, because at 11 pm they were over. It is very easy to reach Florya beach, in approx. 30 minutes by MetroBus. We recommend!

Previously we stayd hagia sofya hotel in Sultanahmed later we stayd this hotel for one night before our flight. The hotel is located 5 minut distance from Olivium outlet and surrounded by many shops of leather jacket and coats.i believe It’s best location for these who are looking for warm outfits and its just for 40 TLR from the airport by taxi. Shops are just walking distance. I also would like to thank to receiption, who was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms was little bit smaller but still fine for two of us and break fast is just okay, nothing special

As a Wyndham Rewards Diamonds nem member traveling well over 60 nights a year my reviews are always based on constructive criticism in order to better all Wyndham properties. This property I have no idea where to start my constructive criticism!!!!! Wow what a disaster, it’s much easier for me to list them as a list in the hopes management will print it and cover it with their staff and try to salvage what’s left of this property!!! 1. Few employees wore name tags making it impossible to distinguish them from guests, smart move though to avoid complaints against individual employees 2. You had one setting on your AC (on/off) as they are centrally controlled 3. Internet, 5mbps or pay 2 euros a day for 25mbps!!!! 4. 2.5 hours to get a bottle of water delivered to my room 5. $1 (8TL) proudly advertised all over the lobby for a bottle of water or you can pick it across the street for 1TL 6. Hotel is contracted for a hair transplant clinic, expect many foreign men seeking cheap transplant with zero respect to other guests especially female ones. 7. Valet employees were very rude, wore no name tag, yet insisted on taking your keys, so you have to hope they actually work for the hotel. Now the manager responding to these comments with a standard google translated response please don’t do that to me as I am sure you can see my travel history and you won’t be able to blame me for the horrible service like you do others. Get you act together and start caring for your guest and deliver the expected Wyndham style service and stop whining about every negative feedback you get.
