We spent 4 days in Istanbul, stayed at the Black Tulip Hotel. We really liked this hotel and celebrated it as our home. Next visit to Istanbul - we will only stay at this hotel. Excellent location: exit the hotel to the left - Gulhane Park (you should definitely take a walk and admire the tulips of different varieties and colors), right there is the wall of the Topkapi Palace and, accordingly, the entrance to the palace territory; further down the road 5-7 minutes on foot and all the main attractions: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, former hippodrome square, Grand Bazaar. If you go to the right - about 10 minutes to the Egyptian market and the embankment.
As for the hotel itself: cozy, clean, cleaning every day, towels changed daily, water supplied every day according to the number of guests in the room. Very tasty breakfast, good variety. The staff speaks Russian, is very friendly and attentive. We left at 5 am, they prepared a lunchbox for us to take with us (sandwiches, fruits, juices), while we were waiting for the transfer to the airport, we were offered tea, coffee, water. By the way, we were also checked into the room before the official check-in time. So we were very pleased with the hotel. I recommend visiting.
