A superb hotel with excellent friendly staff that were all very pleasant, professional and helpful. Most staff spoke very good English and if they did not they still helped us despite our communication issues. The hotel is only 15 to 20 minutes from Palermo Airport and the hotel organised our transfers to and from the airport at a cost of 35.00 Euro before tip. With a local friendly taxi driver (Nino) Beds were very very comfortable. Pools were clean and well maintained. The hotel beach was also very nice with the beds and umbrella coming with the room ( we bought our own towels but you can get them for the stay at a cost of 2.50 Euro. Entertainment was provided in Italian and was full of fun and activity to pass the evening. We were only 60 mins (15 mins walk and 45 mins train) from Palermo with its culture, architecture and vibrant social scene. Breakfast was a standard continental but still tasty.
