nice resort in the town of St Angeles. many therma pools but not so warm. wish they were warmer. Breakfast was great. wifi as quite bad but I guess most wifi in italy hotels and resorts were? location was good. housekeeping staff were very good and did a great job. wish the resort flourish and and refurbished their rooms so I will come back again. overall was happy with the resort

Romantica is a beautiful spa resort. The rooms, the pools, the food, the drinks, the flowers and the service all exceeded our expectations Special thanks to Davida and Salvatore who provided the best service there could be and to Gino for keeping the nights entertainment enjoyable. However, the most thanks goes to Gennaro for orchestrating the entire package!

Ho trovato eccellente la spa, in particolare scrivo questa recensione per elogiare il massaggio con linfo drenaggio di Concetta. Per il resto , bello e pulito l’ambiente, tutti molto professionali. cibo buono, anche se direi che si può migliorare…

Struttura molto accogliente soprattutto per i sigg.ri Nello, Francesco e Gianluca che ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa. Delle persone davvero squisite che con professionalità e garbo hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto. Prodotti freschi hanno reso il cibo buono.

Siamo tornate per 4 notti dopo due anni e l’accoglienza è stata sempre impeccabile. Ci hanno coccolate e fatto sentire a casa in un luogo incantevole. La gentilezza di tutto il personale, soprattutto del Maitre che ci ha trattato come persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto dimenticare completamente qualche piccolo inconveniente prontamente segnalato, dovuto soprattutto alla mancanza di educazione di qualche gruppo di persone. La struttura Pet friendly al 100% e la nostra cagnolona Fiona è stata benissimo, coccolata da tutti indistintamente. Grazie a tutti e arrivederci a presto.

Sono anni che abbiamo il piacere di soggiornare alla "Romantica" in particolare quest'anno abbiamo constatato un ulteriore miglioramento della cucina, già molto buona, e migliorata sia qualitativamente che dal punto della varietà dei piatti. Il servizio in sala è impeccabile e il personale fa di tutto per accontentare anche i più esigenti. La cura del verde e degli arredi, fa della struttura, un vero paradiso.

Borgo Romantica è stato feeling a primo impatto telefonico, la cordialità e disponibilità della Sig.ra Anna e di tutto lo staff hanno reso eccellente il nostro soggiorno. Il Ristorante & Sky bar Capricci d'Ischia con vista panoramica su Sant'Angelo, ci ha deliziato con i piatti preparati dallo chef che abbiamo conosciuto personalmente, competenza e professionalità del Sig. Davide che ci ha sempre consigliato nella scelta dei piatti in base ai gusti personali. Il servizio navetta all'interno e fuori il resort è stato impeccabile essendo uno degli ospiti disabile. L'a**osfera che si respira è romantica proprio come il nome del resort, musica di sottofondo durante i pasti, piacevoli serate con musica live e piscine meraigliose. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questo splendido resort!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, in questa struttura. E' un luogo molto bello con un vasto parco termale e una bella vista mare, staff molto gentile e disponibile. L'avevamo scelto perchè sono informati per la celiachia e altre intolleranze. Abbiamo fatto la conoscenza del maître il gentilissimo sig. Nello che con la sua grande professionalità insieme allo chef Claudio, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Mi hanno coccolata con buonissimi piatti senza glutine e lattosio. La colazione è da sogno, si potrebbe migliorare la scelta dei dolci senza glutine ampliandola con qualcosa in più. Una vacanza da sogno in tutti i sensi che ricorderemo per molto tempo.
