The shuttle service wasn't great. I booked an airport pickup, but I missed the last one, meaning it's not 24-hour service. My overall experience was just okay. It's reasonably close to the airport line, and check-in was smooth enough. The room size was decent, and the minimalist facilities were acceptable. Overall, it's not a high-end place, but it's perfectly functional. They gave me two coupons, which I used for coffee in the mornings. You just need to pay 500 KRW if you want milk. Getting to Seoul was convenient enough, though it did take a while. However, it was nice to save on the Korean visa fee when returning from Canada. There's a Lotte Supermarket and Olive Young nearby for shopping.

The sea view room offers great value for money, with full amenities – it has everything you need. For reference, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The area right outside the window is full of eateries, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a pier where you can take a boat to Wolmido Island, and you can even feed seagulls on the boat.

This is the 1st time I stayed in a hotel inside the terminal. I have to say it was a very interesting and unique stay. I didn't realize some restaurants stay open very late and you are free to sit at the food court areas as long as you wish. Of course the later it gets it becomes like this oversized mall ghost town. I loved how it took me 5 minutes to walk to my gate. I watched TV in my room until it was 1 hour before departure time. I arrived 55 minutes early. Still Feeling refreshed. Perfect before my long 13 hour flight . I'm considering staying there during my both layovers to avoid having to stand in line at ticketing and avoid the security check. I usually stay in a hotel outside in Unseo but this is so much more convenient and the food is very well priced. Clean room comfortable bed nice selection of TV shows all in Korean but the sports were nice to watch. Checking in and out was very fast. They sell coffee up front. Just Perfect. They are located upstairs between gate 251 and 252 next to a high end buffet restaurant. About $45. Or just eat fast food for $6.

Excellent! The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food. There's even an OY (shopping area/department store, assuming 'oy' is a typo for a local landmark or shopping area) nearby to explore. We were only there for a short time as we were attending concerts for two days, but we slept very well. There were 3 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, so we didn't have to worry about being thirsty. If Inspire is still open next time, we'll definitely stay here again~

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, close to the train station and also convenient for getting to Incheon International Airport. We used the automatic check-in system, which was simple and easy. We chose this hotel mainly for airport transfer, as we had to leave early at 5 AM. It was very convenient to take a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport. We didn’t have time to walk around the area, but for a short and practical stay, it worked perfectly.

Location is great for after a late arrival in ICN or an early flight from ICN. There is not much to do around, but you can always take a ferry for 2€ to the other side and get to visit China Town, a local market between others. The staff at the reception are extremely helpful, some of them speak great English ( which is rather rare in our experience in Seoul). The rooms are clean, bright ( for us was the second room with a window, it is not the rule to get rooms with windows) and the view was really nice as well. And comfortable as well. The breakfast was great.

Just a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport. It's new, very clean, and has that typical American hotel style at a reasonable price. I usually stay at Ibis when traveling to England and France, and their quality is always reliable. From now on, whenever I fly through Incheon, I'll be staying here.

The compact room is very clean and has a huge fridge and other kitchen utensils. Downstairs is a GS25 store convenient to get some small bites as well. The location is very near Incheon International airport. It's about 15 minutes walk from Unseo station via exit 2. The walk to the hotel has a slight slope all the way to the hotel. The shower water pressure is very good. The bed is a bit on the soft side and needs improvement on it. Check in is by the kiosk and has staff at the back to assist if necessary. Overall a good short overnight stay.

I was here for a concert, and the hotel experience was great overall. The location is excellent, very close to Unseo Subway Station. From there, you can take the subway to Incheon Airport and then a free shuttle bus to Inspire, which made getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and overall, it offered great value for money.

This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it was over New Year's. I understood it was self-check-in when I booked, but the check-in process was so unusual and unclear at the time of booking that it took me over an hour just to get into my room. If there had been a detailed explanation of the check-in process before I booked, I wouldn't have made the reservation. First, I felt that the owner or staff probably assumes check-ins happen during daylight hours. I checked in late at night, and there were no specific restrictions on check-in time. However, there was no lighting near the automatic door, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the instructions on the wall. The pre-arrival instructions only included an image showing the entrance location and text describing the room number. The room number itself wasn't provided via email or message beforehand; I had to find a paper that was described as being 'at the entrance.' In reality, when I arrived, that paper was actually taped to the building's wall, which contradicted the instructions and added to the confusion. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone late at night, which was incredibly frustrating. I really think the check-in system needs improvement. The room itself was as expected and generally clean. However, a major issue was that the hairdryer was broken. I only realized this just before checking out, so nothing could be done, and I had to leave without being able to dry my hair, which was very disappointing. I'm basing this review on my extensive experience staying at many accommodations. *The photos I'm posting were taken during daylight hours at check-out.
