Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!

C.FGI was a bit worried it wasn't a brand-name hotel, but after staying one night, I actually found it to be pretty good value for money. First, the location is excellent. It's only about a ten-minute subway ride from the airport to Unseo Station, and then just across one intersection from the station. The hotel itself isn't very large, and the facilities are just average, but the room was kept quite clean. The window on the second floor was a bit small, but the soundproofing was excellent, which was perfect for adjusting to jet lag. The hotel only offers a simple breakfast, but it includes coffee, bread, and eggs. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel, so overall, it's a very convenient place.

Guest UserGreat value for money! I was in town to see D&S perform at Inspire Arena, and I initially debated between staying at Cloud West or somewhere closer to the venue. I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It's only a 15-minute drive from the arena, there's a bus stop right outside, and a CU convenience store directly across the street – super convenient. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the machines offer multiple language options, so no worries there. The facilities are all good, and there were no unpleasant odors. The room came with a hairdryer, curling iron, comb, disposable toiletries, and a mini-fridge. They even provided a 3-in-1 universal adapter. The shampoo and body wash weren't those cheap, low-quality kinds, and the toilet was automatic. The only minor downside was that the mattress tended to creak a bit.

Guest UserSuper convenient for catching a flight from Yunxi Station. This hotel is surrounded by so many great places to eat, which was incredibly handy. Plus, there's a big supermarket and a park nearby – it really had everything I needed. Definitely five stars!

Anonymous UserThe room was very spacious, and considering the location, it was a great value. From the airport, we took the free public shuttle bus one stop (Hyatt) and could see the hotel immediately, about 50 meters in the direction we were heading. To get to the airport, you just use the bus stop directly across from where you got off. On the way there, we got off in front of the Hyatt, and the bus to the airport was across from the Hyatt. There's no front desk; it's more like a self-check-in apartment, which is fine once you know. We received plenty of helpful instructions. There's a convenience store in the same building and even an alley-like area with shops, so we lacked nothing. There was even a washing machine; it was broken, which was a shame, but I made do and washed my clothes, treating it as a rinse. The six wire hangers were also a lifesaver. The shower head was adjustable, providing a pleasant and powerful spray. I was a bit worried about security since anyone could enter the building, but the inside of the floor was visible, and although there wasn't a chain, there was a sturdy lock on the door, which put me at ease. I apologize for not checking the hotel's contact information and causing them to worry and reach out multiple times.

It was clean and quiet, making it a great place to relax.
You can stroll through Songsan Park right in front and enjoy the coastal path.
There are many convenient restaurants in the back.

Spent just a night at this hotel only issue was the toilet was clogged and I called the front desk thinking a maintenance person would come fix the issue, little did I know that I was the maintenance person. Someone knocked to door and handed me a plunger 🪠 and walked away. Then a second person came knocked and dropped off a second plunger. 🙄

I stayed here the night before to catch a flight from Incheon Airport Terminal 1!
I used Trip.com coins to get about a 15,000 KRW discount, so I snagged it for only 33,000 KRW!!!!!
Think of this place as primarily for parking! As someone who doesn't mind if there are no major issues with sleeping, I found it perfectly fine...
They offer free long-term parking for a week, and a free shuttle to the airport on a first-come, first-served basis. So, if you factor in parking and transportation costs, it's an absolute steal!!!!
The only downside was that the shuttle schedule didn't align with my return flight, so I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which cost about 14,000 KRW.
Even with that, it's still an amazing price....... (a total bargain!)
I didn't use the breakfast service. Instead, I ordered delivery from a nearby fried chicken place, and that soy sauce chicken joint (I forget the name) was incredibly delicious...
I highly recommend just ordering delivery!!!!!
If I ever have to use Incheon Airport again, I'll definitely stop here first~~~~~~

The landlady is delicate, enthusiastic and kind. The child had a small wound and was very careful to give cotton balls and alcohol. The hotel is neat, clean and quiet. The restaurant at the crossroads downhill is delicious.
