Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!

Guest UserI stayed here on my last day in Korea, and the location was excellent. It's just a short walk from the subway exit, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. If you're heading to Incheon Airport T1, the hotel even offers a shuttle service. The room had a TV and a computer, plus a simple breakfast was included. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom smelled terrible. It looked clean, but the drain kept emitting a foul odor that was truly nauseating and quite unbearable.

Great value for money! I was in town to see D&S perform at Inspire Arena, and I initially debated between staying at Cloud West or somewhere closer to the venue. I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It's only a 15-minute drive from the arena, there's a bus stop right outside, and a CU convenience store directly across the street – super convenient. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the machines offer multiple language options, so no worries there. The facilities are all good, and there were no unpleasant odors. The room came with a hairdryer, curling iron, comb, disposable toiletries, and a mini-fridge. They even provided a 3-in-1 universal adapter. The shampoo and body wash weren't those cheap, low-quality kinds, and the toilet was automatic. The only minor downside was that the mattress tended to creak a bit.

The place is very nice overall, with great amenities and a comfortable setup. I especially appreciated having a washing machine and a space to dry clothes, which made a big difference during my long stay.
However, I found it quite odd that the kitchenette was essentially non-functional. I understand there may be fire safety regulations in Korea, but it still felt strange that there were no basic items provided, not even a plate or a spoon.
On the positive side, the shower was excellent, and the TV was modern and easy to use, I was able to download all the apps I needed without any issues. The heating system also worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was spotless throughout my stay.
That said, there were a few inconveniences. The smoking announcement played twice a day in three languages, which became quite annoying over time. I understand the importance of enforcing non-smoking rules and I’m also very sensitive to smells, but the repeated loud announcements can be disruptive, especially when trying to rest or work.
Another point is that there’s usually no staff at reception. I didn’t mind the self check-in process, it was actually quite easy, but when I did try to ask a question to the staff member who was present (handling check-in cards), she was quite impolite and unwilling to help. As a foreigner, I found this particularly discouraging. I was doing my best to communicate, and she didn’t make any effort to assist, even something as simple as connecting via KakaoTalk, which I had installed specifically for communication.
Lastly, I would suggest providing more toilet paper and tissues, especially for longer stays.

This hotel is more like an apartment, with high ceilings and timely cleaning services. It's only two stops away from the airport and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Horin_ShuThe room was nice, located in a building similar to a dorm, right next to the Grand Hyatt. The room was clean and tidy, with all necessary amenities. The owner sent the room number and door code via email and Trip.com in advance. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is great for picking up essentials. Transportation is also very convenient, with a free shuttle bus available from Terminal 1, Gate 3 or Gate 12 on the 3rd floor. The timetable I photographed is for Gate 3. If you board at Gate 12, just add one minute to the times shown on the schedule. I left very early in the morning, so I used the Uber app to get a taxi to the airport. Both the bus and a taxi only take about 10 minutes to reach the airport.

It was clean and quiet, making it a great place to relax.
You can stroll through Songsan Park right in front and enjoy the coastal path.
There are many convenient restaurants in the back.

As a family of four, we made a late afternoon booking. Perhaps due to this or a slight oversight in the booking details, the bedding provided was insufficient. However, when we informed the staff, they quickly provided additional bedding. The TV was glitchy and kept cutting out; as it was late at night, we simply reported it and didn't end up watching it. Overall, the facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly.

I stayed here the night before to catch a flight from Incheon Airport Terminal 1!
I used Trip.com coins to get about a 15,000 KRW discount, so I snagged it for only 33,000 KRW!!!!!
Think of this place as primarily for parking! As someone who doesn't mind if there are no major issues with sleeping, I found it perfectly fine...
They offer free long-term parking for a week, and a free shuttle to the airport on a first-come, first-served basis. So, if you factor in parking and transportation costs, it's an absolute steal!!!!
The only downside was that the shuttle schedule didn't align with my return flight, so I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which cost about 14,000 KRW.
Even with that, it's still an amazing price....... (a total bargain!)
I didn't use the breakfast service. Instead, I ordered delivery from a nearby fried chicken place, and that soy sauce chicken joint (I forget the name) was incredibly delicious...
I highly recommend just ordering delivery!!!!!
If I ever have to use Incheon Airport again, I'll definitely stop here first~~~~~~

The landlady is delicate, enthusiastic and kind. The child had a small wound and was very careful to give cotton balls and alcohol. The hotel is neat, clean and quiet. The restaurant at the crossroads downhill is delicious.
