We stayed at this hotel for a short time since we wanted a place close to the airport, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The only slightly confusing part was the check-in process because the residence building is separate from the hotel building. However, once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. The location is very convenient. There’s an Olive Young near the lobby, a Lotte Mart nearby, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to grab food or shop for essentials. The complimentary airport drop-off service was definitely a huge plus and made getting to the airport hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great hotel if you’re looking for a spacious, clean, and convenient place to stay near the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I started and ended our trip to Korea at the Hyatt Regency. It is so close to ICN airport so it was a perfect overnight stay, especially coming off of a long 14 hour flight. The service was exceptional. At check in we were upgraded and provided coupons for the restuarant and bar happy hour. One of the concierge Daniel was fantastic! He carried all of our luggage to our room and later helped us get a cab and find a good restaurant for us to eat at! He was awesome! We stayed again for one night at the end of our trip. At check in we were again upgraded. We saw Daniel at checkout and he warmed up some left over food we had and ensured our luggage was safe while we went and grabbed coffee. His service was all around amazing so wanted to be sure to shout him out! Thank you Hyatt Rengency for a great stay! We will be back.

A pretty good option for travelers looking for convenience and value. The rates are very reasonable, making it a solid choice for a short stay near the airport. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s just two stops away from Incheon Airport, which makes getting there quick and hassle-free. The hotel is right next to Unseo Station, so transportation couldn’t be easier. The surrounding area is also very convenient. There’s a Lotte Mart directly opposite the hotel, perfect for picking up groceries or last-minute essentials, and an Olive Young downstairs for skincare and toiletries. On top of that, there are plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never have trouble finding something to eat. The only downside was the air conditioning system. The hotel uses a central heating system, so there’s no individual control for the aircon in the room. It did get quite warm at times, and we had to open the window to cool things down. Overall, it’s still a practical and comfortable choice for anyone transiting through Incheon or looking for an affordable, well-located hotel.

This hidden gem of an apartment hotel is incredibly close to Incheon Airport, making transportation super convenient. The multi-lingual self-service machine for check-in and check-out is a breeze to use. The room is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and stovetop, so you can even cook your own meals. The balcony view is also fantastic, and the space is well-designed. There's a supermarket downstairs too. I'd definitely choose this place again next time – highly recommend it!

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access. I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage. Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store. While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.

its very convinience and near to the MRT. also there are few restaurant businedd untill 3am and 24hours CU25. Also the reception check about the time departure to airport if too early will help us arrange the taxi. Lotte mart and Olive young juust step away . the room have big space for us to open 2 28”luggage and 2 24”luggage recommed.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.

The hotel is great, surrounded by restaurants, very new, and affordable. It's perfect for a layover, just a 20-minute taxi ride away. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Incheon. The self check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient. The 24-hour bar on the 13th floor is also a nice touch.

This hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport, making it the perfect choice for an overnight layover in Seoul. They offer an airport shuttle that runs about once an hour. It's a large shuttle with plenty of space for luggage, and the driver even helps with bags. I was actually misled by online reviews, thinking it was a small shuttle, so I left my large luggage at the airport. Turns out, I could have easily brought it to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The only minor issue was the shower area; there was no shower curtain, so water tended to splash out. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so finding dinner in the evening was no problem at all.

The hotel is right opposite Unseo subway station, with several BBQ restaurants nearby. It's super convenient for dining, everything else, and catching a flight. My only gripe is that they still require a deposit for check-in, which feels a bit outdated. For a transit stay, the facilities are perfectly fine, but the Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak.
