We recommend that those who have made a reservation should be able to contact us in advance. The room number depends on the availability on the day, so if you can't contact us, you won't be able to enter. I arrived at the hotel around 22:00, but wandered around until around 24:00. It’s not a hotel, there’s no lobby. So I got there and found myself standing in an apartment building and was super confused on how to check in. I called the number on the listing and they texted me a room number and door code. In the morning I just texted back that I was checking out. Didn’t get a reply but I suppose they got the message. They should really put instructions in their listing or at least send you an email after confirmation to explain the process. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom didn’t feel super clean, had a real mildew smell about it The location is great for the airport! I got a pcr test at the airport the day before my flight and stayed here while waiting for the results. The free airport shuttle bus passes right by so it’s easy to get to and from.
