Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. The hotel has 4 stars. And in the standards of Egypt it deserves it. It's fairly clean. The food in the restaurant is well presented and tasty. The breakfast could be more varied but there is plenty to eat. The hotel has such a medieval style, so despite the fact that it is already old, small damaged furniture, doors and the like fit into the atmosphere. Imaginative. Lots of comfortable sun loungers. Lots of sea. Few pools. There is a piece of the reef. The vendors on the site are not intrusive. I missed coffee and tea in the restaurant during lunch and dinner. Generally, you can safely come. Although you can see some savings due to the situation in the world. And ... and renovations are underway. So they will improve.

I stayed for 2 nights. Don't worry about security. The food was delicious. The room was equipped with 2 ℓ water, 2 cola １ books, 1 sprite, pot and coffee tea. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The facilities of the next affiliated hotel were also available. The facilities are aging but no problem. I was generally satisfied, but I was a little worried about the sound of the refrigerator in the room.

Please feel free to book this hotel if you can experience the worst hotel. Our group of 4 people took a night bus from Luxor to Hurghada. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel said that one of the 2 rooms I booked was cancelled, and the attitude was very poor. We start with the points in favour: Hotels in the best area of Hurghada, right inside the Marine. Outdoor well-treated. Beautiful and well-treated panorama terrace. The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

The first thing to say is that the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the airport when the weather is not too hot. This Hotel is exceptional value for money. The room I had was 307 and it was equipped with kitchen, lounge,bedroom and shower room. I found the bed comfortable and the location a short walk from the ***** of shops and restaurants. The jewel of this place is Ahmed. He is helpful, polite and very informative. He arranged two excursions for me and it would have been three had I not have booked one before flying out. I would stay here again. The one thing I found was the Internet was better in reception than my room. Well done to the Ivory Suites team you made my 4 night stay enjoyable.

The beach is good. I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good. Hotels in Egypt are generally very old. The parking lot is on the opposite slope, which is not very convenient. The bathing mode is in the bathtub, which is a bit difficult to stretch out.

An old hotel for picky tourists. Large pool. The most important advantage of the hotel is the beach, several lagoons with a gentle entrance, as well as a pier for swimming at depth. The bathroom, despite the old Homer, is in good condition. Partially renovation was carried out. The food is quite good. Worth its money.
