Huangshan Quanjiyuan Hotel (Huangshan Tunxi Old Street)

This time I went to Huangshan for a business trip and stayed at Huangshan Jiyuan Hotel for the first time. I got all kinds of satisfaction unexpectedly. When we checked in, the front desk service was enthusiastic. We introduced in detail how to park the car and the surrounding food. We were told to use the hotel's umbrella when traveling on rainy days. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It's such a big space and the facilities are of high quality. The Xin'an River is right outside the window, and you can overlook Tunxi River Street and the old street. The scenery is beautiful. During our stay, we needed to check out early due to changes in our itinerary. The front desk was very skilled and quickly helped us complete the early check out procedures. We needed a hotel accommodation list after our return trip, and Xiao Xie at the front desk was very patient and conscientious in helping us get it done. Xiao Xie and Xiao Cheng's service left a deep impression on us. Like and thank you. This is a wonderful experience. I will continue to choose Huangshan Jiyuan Hotel next time I come to Huangshan.

It's an old store. Although the facilities are old, they are all famous brands, and you can see the scenery of the early days. It is said that due to the three-year epidemic, operating difficulties occurred and part of it was transferred, so the styles of several hotels nearby are similar. The breakfast was so disappointing and perfunctory. I didn't see the latest reviews, which was misleading. However, the stay was quite comfortable. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Tunxi Old Street. At night, you can watch the light show on Wenfeng Bridge, which is right next to the hotel. There is a large supermarket and a food street in the back, and the location is good. By the way, be sure to book a room with a river view so you can see the Xin'an River. The water is so clear.

I stayed in a hotel a few years ago and it was okay. After staying here this time, I felt worse. The hair in the bathtub was not cleaned, the shower head was broken, and the facilities and equipment were too old. I still need to use pillows like this. Speechless! It doesn't cost much to change it, and I don't know what's going on in the lobby downstairs. It's a mess and seems to be out of business. The area around the hotel is still lively and the location is OK. I suggest the owner spend some money to improve the hygiene.

Friends staying at this hotel, please be careful. The room originally booked for Tuesday was due to changes in the itinerary. I called the front desk on Monday morning and was told that Ctrip customer service needed to modify the order. Ctrip customer service coordinated with the hotel front desk and the manager on duty four times. The hotel always refused to cancel the order and even negotiated to sell it to outsiders first. , I will bear the room fee if it cannot be sold, but the hotel still does not agree. After so many years of online booking, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel with this kind of service quality. I will give you a negative review for the first time.

真是不虛此行，首先先説住宿，我們以為是全季，到了之後發現是全季源，多了一個字，沒有讓我們失望，酒店設施很齊全，不輸五星級的設施，房間有個超大的浴缸，這點很意外。衞生很乾凈，服務員都特別的熱情；其次，黃山真的太美了，綠化做的非常好，走到哪個景點真的都看不見一個垃圾，空氣很清晰，屯溪老街的美景、新打造的河街夜景真的很哇塞。真的表達不完，以後還會再來，會多來。
