I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the spacious room, immaculately clean bathroom, and luxurious bathtub. However, I was disappointed to find that bathrobes were not provided. Nevertheless, the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable and welcoming.

Love grand bay view hotel a lot. It’s spacious, clean and comfy. Magnificent view of the harbour. Wish we can stay longer. Temperature was really cold when we arrived, good thing the hotel has enough heating in the living room and bedroom. Love that the water in the bathroom has a heater too. We requested for additional bottled water and they grant it at no additional cost. They clean the room daily. The reception has been helpful also to guide us where and what to ride. They have a riliable shuttle service. Best way to get there from the airport is to ride an A38 bus and go down at Yau Kom Tau Bus station. About 1-2 minutes walk to the hotel.

If you're going to be visiting HK Disneyland, it makes total sense to stay at one of the three Disneyland hotels, which all come with free shuttles to and from the park.
The hotel itself is good - the beds are comfortable (and they have a great range of pillows), the in room amenities are good, and the room itself is a good size that can fit 2 queens with very good walking space. The theme is interesting, and the hotel wings are named after continents. There are also activities for the little explorers in your group.
The only downside is that 1 the restaurants mostly do sets and your options are limited (and pricey) and 2 the kids room is basic.

I was impressed by the hotel's location. Because it's easy to travel to Disney Park, in the afternoon when I started to get tired, my daughter and I were able to come back to the hotel and go back to the park again to see the fireworks. It’s really cool!!
We stayed in the Disney Hollywood Hotel for a night, during our trip to Hong Kong, once we were done with our day-long visit to the Disneyland Resort. My regret is we could not stay longer. While the check-in took some time, we loved the decor of the hotel. Around every corner, there was a surprise with some recollection of a Disney character. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and had a classy feel. Everything from the bathroom linen to the complimentary slippers had the feeling of being in a fairyland. The next morning, our buffet breakfast was even better as we were joined by some of Disney's most loved characters. For me, for a while, I felt as if I was reliving my childhood. It was a lovely experience and I would love to return, possibly with my kids!

There is a free boat from Blue Bridge in Tai O to the hotel at three o'clock every day. The hotel provides free afternoon tea for guests. The restaurant has a good view. The breakfast is not a buffet but it is rich. The service attitude of all employees is very good. The hotel and the pier below the hotel are the best places to watch the sunset (there is a small elevator from the ground to the hotel), or you can take a walk from the hotel to the village
Disadvantages: 1) It takes about 20 minutes to walk back to Tai O Pier and bus station after leaving the hotel. There is no land transportation, and the elderly have difficulty walking. They can only book a boat (150 yuan one way) to go to the pier near the bus station. 2) The hotel is an attraction in Tai O. It is open to tourists during the day. Whether you stay on the ground floor or the second floor, tourists will pass by the window. However, tourists are not allowed in after dark and it is very quiet at night. It is recommended to go on weekdays for a quieter time.
Overall a very special and great experience.

A satisfying holiday. We left feeling recharged.
Room: Pleasantly surprised by the spacious ocean front room. Glad that we arrived early to enjoy the stunning view in the comfort of our room. The room can be 100% dark with curtain on and lights out.
Shower: Great choices of shower head + big bath overlooking the sea.
Buffet breakfast: A wide selection of food and drink
Location: The hotel is next to a plaza with supermarket and great restaurants. It’s only a bus ride away from D Deck and Sunny Bay. It’s away from the hassle of the city yet still convenient.
Spa: There is a body massage promotion during our stay. A great way to conclude our stay
