I originally wanted to book a “Superior City View Room” with a bathtub, but perhaps due to the rush, the hotel couldn't arrange it. However…however…the hotel was very thoughtful and upgraded me to a suite. The environment was great, no strange smells, clean and tidy. It's truly worth choosing this hotel again and again. Whether you're with family or a couple, you shouldn't miss this hotel! 👍👍👍

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was generally clean, but the pillows and sheets had some stains. Another inconvenience was the lack of power outlets by the bed; I had to go all the way to the TV area to charge my devices.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the colleague who helped with luggage storage was also excellent – enthusiastic and proactive.

The hotel is super close, right next to the C exit of Quarry Bay MTR station. I chose a sea view room with wooden flooring. The air conditioning was good, but when I asked the front desk, they said they didn't have any extra duvets, only blankets. The pillows were also very thin, which wasn't great. Aside from towels, I recommend bringing all your own toiletries. The king-size bed was made by combining two single beds, and the bed frame in the middle was quite uncomfortable. However, I would still consider staying again; overall, I was satisfied.

Not a bad hotel. The location is good, close to the metro, bus, and tram stops. We booked a room with a bay view. It was very beautiful, especially in the evening when everything was lit up. The room was clean, but not spotless. A downside was that they didn't provide any complimentary water. The air conditioning was noisy and difficult to adjust. Because of this, the windows were constantly fogged up, obstructing the view. We didn't have breakfast. The hotel has a gym and a pool.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I came to Hong Kong for business trips before, I always stayed at this one on Hong Kong Island. The hotel's transportation is very convenient; there's a bus stop downstairs, and it's just a 100-meter walk across the pedestrian bridge from Exit C of the Quarry Bay MTR station. It's only one stop away from Taikoo Shing Cityplaza. Although I experienced a typhoon, I slept soundly in the hotel room. Downstairs is Yat Lung Heen, and both the dim sum/dining service and the taste are excellent. The staff are all very warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 💁‍♀️

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made for a very pleasant stay. It was super clean and the location was very convenient, close to bus, metro, and tram stops. When checking in, they confirmed my companion's identity and even assigned us connecting rooms, which was a nice touch. If I had to nitpick, the downsides would be that the windows don't open for ventilation and the floors are carpeted.

While the hotel isn't in a bustling commercial area, the transportation around it is incredibly convenient. The subway station is right across the street, and there's a bus stop downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. It's very quiet and peaceful at night. Although the facilities are a bit older, it has all the amenities you'd expect, like a pool and a gym. The room was very clean, and it offers great value for money. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel's location is close to the MTR station, and the front desk staff, Kate, was very friendly. The hotel might be a bit old; the elevators are hot and don't have air conditioning. Since only some rooms have been renovated, out of the two rooms we booked, one was newly renovated and the other was an older one.

The weather in Hong Kong has not been good these few days and I was not able to use the swimming pool that was a bit of shame. The overall hotel service is good and the hotel room size is relatively larger than normal 4 star hotels in Hong Kong

The location is convenient, right opposite the subway station. The linens are changed for each new guest, not daily. However, they are quite old. The safe was unusable, and the wardrobe doors were broken, unable to open or close properly.

I'm a monthly tenant here. I accidentally burned my ID on the induction cooktop, filling the entire room with a plastic smell. So, I quickly booked a one-night stay here. I booked a newly renovated room, hoping to try out their new accommodations. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. I thought the new room would be more comfortable than the old ones. But honestly, new isn't always better; the old rooms are actually more comfortable. As a tenant in an old-style, monthly rental room on the 19th floor with a sea view, it's far more comfortable than the new rooms. Why? Because the new renovation smell is still present. The hallway carpet has a strong, unpleasant post-renovation odor, an indescribable smell. Opening the room, there was a strong glue smell from the renovation that still lingers. When I showered, I noticed some glue residue on the showerhead handle, which I had to scrub off my hands repeatedly with hand soap. I'd say the hygiene is just average. Although it seemed clean on the surface after the renovation, there was still a lot of dust, for instance, on a shelf above the toilet. The shower water pressure was strong, but sadly, the shower handle had a lot of glue on it. And throughout my shower, I kept smelling glue, which was very unpleasant. So, I don't recommend anyone stay in the new rooms. While the room is spacious and has an open view, the renovation workmanship isn't great. This renovation is essentially a copy of the Alexandra Hotel in Fortress Hill. The wooden materials and wall panels are identical, even the bed frame design is the same. It's truly the same group, using the same materials. Basically, the wood materials aren't very good, and the whole room just reeks of plastic. Overall, I can only describe this historic hotel as 'okay'.

The room didn't have a sofa, just hard chairs, which was the same as my last stay! After I reported it to Trip.com, Customer Service Representative Sisiley.Z upgraded my room for free. I was extremely satisfied with her professional service, and it completely changed my perception of Trip.com!
