I personally hope this hotel is going to remain off the map of frequent travelers for a little while because it will run the risk of being fully booked permanently.It is located in San Po Kong, one of the industrial areas of Begone Hong Kong, near the former Kai Tak Airport. It is a well-deserved public transport area, with buses and MTR lines taking you anywhere you wish to be. The rooms are spotless. And there are plenty of restaurants nearby! You might have difficulty finding the hotel because it seems to be totally undercovered. No sign, nothing. They were open for business just a few months ago!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a great time here. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Very convenient spot with nice staffs and great decorations. It’s easy to be spotted for the taxi driver and quite impress there are 3 staffs at the check in counter. There is a huge supermarket and outlet across the road. The mattress is exceptional and very comfy.

near from MTR and you can get the airport and the port by bus from the bus stop near from O’hotel everything was easy to get since you stay in O’hotel. not that spacious but ok since you mostly do a lot activities outside. with hair dryer, kettle electric and complete toilet equipment i think it’s good enough to stay with good price!

It was very cold at night as it is central air-conditioning. You cannot shut down the air-conditioning as the room control cannot turn it off. The only way is to ask for an additional blanket. The room service is not clearly indicated on the telephone set, even the woman on the front desk at night services couldn't tell the room guests how to operate, she just asked the guests to follow instructions at room but actually there is none of the guide found. Only the front desk on day services can tell to dial '0' to call room service. It was ridiculous! The so called family room is only adding one narrow bed slided out from another bed on the top when it is needed at night.

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, spending a night with our family. We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. You can store your luggage there after you check out, which is great. Easy to go out!
